What's Good: The communication about arrangement was timely and transparent. The transport was good and driver was professional.
Crestmont hotel we were accommodated in was nice.
What's (Read More)Not Good: The hotel was good but bit more hygiene would have been appreciated. The food provided was good and was expecting similar for travel but the kind of packing and BF given was disappointing.

Transportation communication is excellent.

What's Good: Sanjay and Jitendar are very accommodate to change in schedule eventhough we have added couple of changes on the road. The helped in arranging guide, who is very helpful and very i (Read More)nformative in explaining,navigating various tourist attractions in Jaipur, especially,The Amber fort, The City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Nahagarh fort. The driver is always show up on time at hotel, where we stayed. Helpful in parking and stopping busy traffic to get down and up.
In general, we had pleasant time at Jaiput for the past few days.

What's Not Good: First thing that came to mind, they should have offered water in the van whenever we're back from the tourist attractions. With so hot and felling thirsty then we ran out of water. It is really horrible experience. We need to stop on the way to get water to refill. Suggest to have a cooler and provide cool water upon returning. This is we found little odd. Even in Varanasi the tourist operator always ask to drink water and it is always available. This is something they need to consider as an offer to customer for the price we are paying. The selection of on-road restaurants and shopping should be more informative that suits to the customer need. Expect to provide suggestion on good shopping at Jaipur based on customer preference. We need to research and ask them to take that place,like, famous bazaar,mall for food/arts/ethinic clothing. Hope the feedback are based what we observed and if the above were met then our experience would've been exceptional.

What's Good: Mr Sanjay Mathur of Sun Voyages, Jaipur, nicely organised our (4 of us) 10N/11D (17to27Jan) tour of Delhi, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, and Rajasthan from pickup at Delhi airport on arriv (Read More)al and sending of at Udaipur railway station. As required by us he meticulously planned our trip, booked accommodations and provided dedicated cab and driver. Driver Surendra Singh, in addition to smooth and safe driving, properly assisted / guided us making our life easy throughout.
What's Not Good: There were some minor issues due communication gap, which need not be explained.

We had a wonderful time at every destinat (Read More)ion and the hotels chosen were very nice indeed. The driver Mr. Ranjeet Sing that you provided was excellent and drove very safely and gently. Tried to avoid crowded places by selecting right time and also guided how much time one should spend at each place to cover all the points as per trip itinerary. We had 5 days trip with family jaipur, jaisalmer, jodhpur and Royal peepli camp in desert, army camp. We was really enjoy trip. Mr. Sanjay Mathur was very cooperative person and nice arrangements and (Read More)planning of our trip, provided vehicle was comfortable and good .Mr Manngatt singh driver very excellent drive and cooperative person. Royal peepli camp was superb and we enjoyed camels ride and jeep safari and cultural dance and music also nice to meet their peoples.Mr. Sanjay Mathur nice arrangements of living hotels in jaipur, jaisalmer and dessert. Me and My Family really enjoy the trip. In future again trust will be plan next trip. Vehicle was comfortable and good. Driver was superb. Hotels were good except Hotel Desert Wind, Bikaner.
Royal peepli Desert camp was superb. Really we enjoyed the culture dance and all things.
Rajasthan trip - Sun Voyages

We booked 10 days trip for Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. Overall the trip was pleasant. Hotels provided was good across all destinations except Jaipur Hotel Sarang Palace where the room was (Read More)too small and couldn’t get changed even after asking for it. Driver Rajendra Singh is also experienced and safe driver. Sanjay is good with communicating and decent behaviour.

Rajasthan Tour February 2019
Trip to Rajasthan
We, an 8 member group, reached Jaipur on 19/2 evening. Visited places like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Sam Sand dunes etc. We left Jaipur on 25/2 evening. Everything was good for the tour. The tempo t (Read More)raveller & Driver Mr. Madan Singh were excellent. Food (complimentary breakfast and dinner at Prince Desert Camp were excellent. Accomodation was good through out the trip except Hotel Crimson Park, Jaipur on 23/2. We had to struggle for 30 mins through narrow & conjested streets to enter the hotel. Even though this hotel is very good, it's location is not good.
Overall, services of Sun Voyages, Jaipur was very good. I can recommend this tour operator to anyone, without any hesitation.
