Very bad experience. It was a 6 day trip with my family consisting of a small kid. The trip included Delhi, Agra and Manali. The hotels selected for stay was good but the driver who was assigned for us by Saffron was very rude and harsh which spoiled the entire trip as he was the one who handled the entire travel. The driver was not at all interested in taking us to the planned destinations. Due t (Read More)o his harsh and arrangant behaviour, we could not complete the trip and the trip was ended one day earlier as we were highly frustrated and treated badly. The driver treated us so badly that he didn't take us to the restaurants in time for lunch and dinner. He didn't care that we have a small child and the child needs food in time. Everyday, we were having lunch by 4 pm. Despite our repeated requests to stop at a restaurant, he was adamant that he would stop only at certain restaurants of his choice. He was not even ready to answer our questions regarding the trip schedule and was not willing to start early and visit all places included in the package provided to us by Saffron. Due to his adamant and tricky behaviour, we had to make several extra payments at various points of travel. As we had made the payment in advance, we tried to adjust and complete the trip.The payment made for the fifth day night and sixth day was a wastage of money for us as we didn't receive any service on the day since the trip was ended one day earlier by 5.30 pm as we could not withstand the rude and cheap behaviour of the driver. Actually the 5th day was not at all worthy as we didn't cover any sites properly as the driver kept insulting us by keeping the speed of the vehicle lower . We were starving as he didn't drop us at any restaurants until 4 pm despite our continuous requests to stop. As the entire payment was made in advance, Saffron staff never cared to change the driver or instruct the driver to behave properly until we said that we want to end the program on the 5 th day. They were saying that they can’t control or manage the behaviour of driver who was assigned by them only. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. In fact, we couldn't enjoy the trip for which we had already paid in advance. Such a worst service and unprofessional approach towards customers.

Trip to Thekkady, Alappuzha (Alleppey), Kumarakom
There are some teething problem right from the beginning. The co ordination between office staff and the boat operators were not there which resulted in some wastage of time and energy. Hotels were good except seasons 1 at Thekkady which was below par. The services were good. The best part was the tour vehicles driver Mr Byju who was very cooperative very very helpful and very decent gentleman. O (Read More)n the whole it was a pleasant trip

though the driver could not speak in english or hindi but was an exceptionally well behaved, with good drving skills , receptive and very honest and keen to understand things we wanted, made our trip memorable and stay at elysium, munnar was excellent with very good location good food and hospitality
