Our Azerbaijan tour with Saba Travels was very nice. It was comfortable with driver Salim. Most of the tour was well planned. We liked it except for a few things. Our itinerary included guide. There was no guide. There was only the dri (Read More)ver who left us at the entrance at each place.
Our Itinerary included the Mud Volcanoes. But we had to pay for the taxi to reach the Mud Volcanoes. We should have been prepared informed earlier if that was not to be included.
While booking we were told that we will be dropped and picked from our hotel for the tours and airport. We informed you about our stay in Shah Palace Hotel before we booked our tour. But we had to pay every time we went inside the old city to our hotel.
The driver was also reluctant to take us to all the sites citing various reasons. He did not take us to Qakh saying it was not worth it. He did not take us to Zarnava Hanging bridge, saying it was not accessible due to bad road. Later we found out it was not so. Also for Highland park, initially he just left us in front of the steps. After a lot of argument and coaxing, checking with Google, he too us to the funicular.

The list of places we covered during the tour. The guide Nicat explained us all the locations during the tour. Our driver Anar was good enough to take us at all destinations.
The hotels suggested and locations were good. However, the choice of room at Grand Midway Hotel was not upto the mark. This needs improvement.
The car provided need to be improved for the long trips outside Baku.
The food is expensive at most locations where we stopped for lunch/dinner.

A wonderful 7 days rested in Azerbaijan. Highly recommended team for your trip to Azerbaijan. The guide Mr. Orkhan was really supportive, friendly and there for you. Excellent hotels, food, breathtaking places. Transportation is luxurious, must mention. Overall 5 ? rating for them.
