I had booked Rawat Holidays through Ease my trip, online booking and also recei (Read More)ved confirmation. The total fare costed me Rs. 2194, the details given below.

I reached the boarding point well in advance by 7:30 am. The executive gave me this phone number and told to contact them. person (I forgot the name) and said to contact him as he is the operator for Rawat Holidays.
After I called up , 'New Balaji Travels' bus person comes and tells me to board their bus. I repeatedly told them this is not the bus I booked for, I need a low-leg climbing bus.person was on the phone and told both buses are the same madam, take it.
Only after I entered the bus and speaking to my co-passengers I realized that I was made a fool. I confirmed with the conductor of 'New Balaji Travels' the cost of the ticket and he said, it is Rs. 150 per head. Online booking mein aisa hi hota hai.....is this the way online booking works?????
My agony does not end here. My ticket in Rawat Holidays was booked till Mathura, but 'New Balaji Travels' dropped us at Yamuna Expressway saying, now it will go in another direction. You can check the ticket, I was traveling with a senior citizen as well as a child. I booked my tickets well in advance so that I can have a smooth journey giving triple the amount.
After the journey I shared my concern with Easemytrip, and asked to refund my remaining amount, i.e 2194-(150*3) = 2194-450. Easemy trip contacted Rawat Holidays, and Rawat Holidays says, "since the passengers have travelled no refund can be made." I told them repeatedly that I am not asking for a full refund, give my amount to me, but they are just denying to refund my balance amount. I may not be the first customer to have been misled by Rawat Holidays nor will be the last customer. I have sent e-mails, but no response till date.
I wish to be the LAST CUSTOMER to have been misled or fooled through online booking.

Trip to Nainital, Corbett National Park
All Hotels were very Good.Food quality were good & sufficient.But the driver was not at all friendly nor he knows the route we have rewuested the agents to provide a good driver who knows the area of (Read More)visit very well but the driver was always using GPS for location on Map through net in mobile.The hotel in Nainital was not in the city but far away which was not at all acceptable & the travel agent didn't informed us about the place earlier. But behavior of RAWAT HOLIDAYS is good.
Hospitality Redefined !!!
We visited Corbett National Park last week. Booked the entire package through Rawat Holidays including the cab, local sightseeing and hotel. We were four adults and 01 small child. Cab driver was very (Read More) polite. Our stay was booked in Corbett Treat Resort. Fabulous resort withe awesome location, tasty food, nice and clean rooms and very humble staff. Had the early morning safari best day in Jhirna Zone. Super awesome feeling during the safari. I must say that Rawat Holidays is highly recommended with superb hospitality through out our trip. Keep it up. All the best !!!

Trip to Nainital
The trip ws ok.After starting of trip i came to kno tht my safari could nt b booked for Corbett gates...rather it ws booked for some nearby area called sitabani which is Corbett landscape!!i couldn't (Read More)nt find any animal except an Owl and peacock..if there is problem in getting permit then v should hv been told earlier so tht i could plan d trip in season..Hotel stay were nice..with tasty food..though corbett treat resort claimed to hv extra charged for 20 months old kid also.Though Driver s driving ws good but a little friendly attitude wud hv been better. Also there were some hidden sightseeing charges at Nainital which were not told earlier..and v were charged Rs 2200/- extra for sightseeing but d normal rates were around 1000 only.Trust of Tourists should nt b compromised!!!Thanks
