not trust worthy at all

What's Not Good: I had to cancel the trip due to some sudden emergency . I had paid the agent 63000/- from which the agent had refunded me just 10000/-...The agent further told that there is so (Read More)me GST issue with his account and so the refund is delayed.and after this the agent is not responding to my msgs or calls. The agent informed holidify team that "refunds are not applicable for last-minute cancellations" But i had cancelled the trip 18 days prior. the cancellation was done on the 13th jan and the trip date was on 31st jan....The last conversation with this agent was 2 months back.. And now he has blocked my number.

What's Not Good: Please consider this as compliant against Rajasthan moments. I have queried in Holidify for Rajasthan tour and I got 3 operators iternery.
As per my requirement Rajasthan mo (Read More)ments offered good deal and hence I have booked my trip with them and paid advance of 50% of total amount.
Later 2 weeks before my trip I had to go under knee surgery and as per their refund policy cancelled my trip. As per my conversation full refund is guaranteed. Hence I have cancelled and shared my surgery documents.
But the operator is keep delayed refund with many reasons and now he has blocked my number and not answering to my messages.
Can you please take necessary action against Operator and help me to get my refund.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have gone through each point and would like to put forward our clarifications.
1) We normally take 50% advance from all o (Read More)ur guests and same procedure was followed in your case too.
2) I spoke to the driver and seek a clarification on the 50 Rs. matter and he mentioned that he didn't charge anything or taken any money as all our drivers are paid by the company.
3) We deal all the proposed hotels regularly and have never get any complaint however, we can completely understand that there could be problem at Ranthambhore hotel as you mentioned but you could have called us and we can change the hotel at that point of time itself.
4) Regarding Jeep safaris, we checked online when you booked the trip and it was not available so we denied to take that booking and you have mentioned that you have already booked it from somewhere.
5) We are into business since 2007 and serving all our guests without utmost care and personalization. Travelling was my passion so we choose this industry and we never looted any guests as you can see from our other reviews by the guests. We are ready to discuss more on your experience and will be sort out the issue that happened.

Sir, we have upgraded the hotel in Ajmer to a better property. You can kindly check the proposal as we have changed the hotel to Regenta Inn which is a better property than the originally proposed bud (Read More)get hotel.

10day trip of Rajasthan

Surendra was very prompt in setting our itinerary and helping us with any changes we needed. The vehicle provided was in a good condition and clean. Our driver Sunil was also very helpful and always a (Read More)vailable. Overall it was a very good trip. My only suggestion to Surendra is to provide inputs at the start of the trip based on the itinerary as to what travel timings we need to follow as visitors wouldn't be knowledgeable about start and end time for the day. Such info could help them plan better to ensure the itinerary is covered.
Otherwise I'd be very happy to recommend Rajasthan Moments to anyone visiting Rajasthan. Thank you
