Trip to Thimphu, Punakha, Paro, Bhutan

Constant coordination and support throughout the journey . My journey was not confirmed till almost last moment. But still they arranged everything perfectly. Cordial behaviour and professional people.
Initial hotel rooms provided were not up to the mark, but after intervention things were improved. Guide could have been a bit more eloquent and experienced.

Trip to Thimphu, Phobjikha Valley, Punakha, Paro, Bhutan

The package offered by M/s Raghav Traveles was very competitive and the whole experience was good. I also want to share one more thing, while returning from Bhutan tour, I left my mobile in cab. When I realised it, I made a call to driver and he has not only responded but handed over my mobile at Bagdogra airport. I sincerely appreciate this action and also convey my thanks to tour operator as wel (Read More)l as cab driver Mr. Alli.

Trip to Bhutan

The guide (Tenzin) and driver (Karma) who assisted us were great. There were few issues which the agency did try to sort. We had a great experience in a budget. They were flexible about the payment as well. We paid in cash after the trip ended which showed the trust they have on their customers. The hotels were good.
The hotels were booked away from the main market area. Could have made the hotel bookings a little earlier and closer to the main town but, no doubt the hotels they provided us with were great.

Trip to Bhutan, Paro, Punakha, Thimphu

Their quote, their personal attention to the tourists, when I had little inconvenience with my health, the head came to my rescue to Bhutan and took me to the hospital. Great service to a senior citizen. By a great man.
Nothing can be expected.
