Trip to Bhutan
The guide (Tenzin) and driver (Karma) who assisted us were great. There were few issues which the agency did try to sort. We had a great experience in a budget. They were flexible about the payment as well. We paid in cash after the trip ended which showed the trust they have on their customers. The hotels were good.
The hotels were booked away from the main market area. Could have made the hotel bookings a little earlier and closer to the main town but, no doubt the hotels they provided us with were great.

Their quote, their personal attention to the tourists, when I had little inconvenience with my health, the head came to my rescue to Bhutan and took me to the hospital. Great service to a senior citizen. By a great man.
