Shimla tour details are missing in this which was the most pathetic experience in the beginning of our trip.

We have been to Shimla hotels (hotel name: The Land's end Shimla ) also from Peepal Travel and the same information is missing which was a pathetic experience for us, the hotel person was rude, arroga (Read More)nt when we informed him that the hotel room is not clean. I have provided the screenshot and live video of the room on watsapp call to Peepal travel agent Ridhi Chopra. The Shimla hotel guy asked us to vacate the room at 12am in the night with senior citizens (4 parents above 60) if you have problem with the cleanliness of the room, there was cigarettes and matchstick leftovers in the room, used tissue papers in the gaps of the bed, used clothes in the washing machine in our bathroom, the latches were broken and lying in the room itself. Food service was there but not given to us in the package like other hotels. Out of all Phalguni Regency in Manali was better the only issue they had was the toilet seat which didn't open properly it kept falling while you sit which they accepted and said they will be fixing it shortly as it's a new hotel. Food service was good at Phalguni and Oak valley in Dharamshala / Manali and Dalhousie. It was our anniversary, nothing was provided as complimentary, the prices were bit on the higher side, we were charged 300 for just balloons, I felt there lack of customer satisfaction or energy put to make someone's special occasion a little bit special. I have strictly informed Peepal travel not to suggest the Lands end hotel in Shimla to any of their guests , they will give a pathetic review because of the experience received.

The quality standard and basic nature of the hotels had been shared with you by the undersigned and only after you agreed the booking was made by us in the said hotels.
We wish to share that the recommended hotels have been patronized for our clients in the past and no complaints have been forthcoming from the guests.
The undersigned was on call with you during your trip and to assist in case of an exigency. You did call me once at midnight for a change in the Shimla Hotel and I immediately did my best to assist you.
