I was contacted by Amit Sharma agent of Paradise india holidays. He asked 30% advance payment for booking to Nainital. He said total package amount was 1,50000 inr. So asked for 50000 initial payment for all bookings. We gave it to him. After that I kept on asking to send confirmation of bookings from hotels and jungle safari. He kept on saying he would give the confirmation tomorrow . This contin (Read More)ued for 1 month and he discontinued picking our calls and didn’t respond to messages also. Than 1 week before our journey date he asked to give more money (25000) for the amount given previously was lesser for bookings. Than we reminded him that he promised not to take any money before the starting of the trip but he gave excuses for shortage of advance money and said he needed more amount. We said that we can’t give any more amount. We than asked to return our money (50000 inr) but he is not responding now. We live in Dubai so now don’t know how to get our money back. Holidify , you guys are equally responsible for our loss because I trusted you as you have a big name in market but I did not know that you take travel companies in your name without doing their background verification. Help me to get the money back from this agent as it was through you this agent reached me. His number is still active but he is not responding to our messages and calls. He is a big fraud under your name. Please do something to get my money back.

This is a Misleading Agency They will take all the money and not answer your calls and will make you pay double

I am made a full package amount he booked the hotel and not paid the money to hotel. Driver left in between because he is not received the payment. Paradise india holidays is not responding my calls
