I had a 4 days tour with outerworld team, Masai Mara, Nakuru lake and Naivasha lake. I went there with my wife, and it was our first experience in Kenya and as a safari. It was very nice, well organiz (Read More)ed, and gave us the possibility to visit those areas mostly with a jeep and on somme short slots by feet (Crescent Island, Hell’s gate). Hotels were ok and as proposed in the offer. Contacts with the agency where very efficients and useful, always trying to find the good way to match our requests while managing a group tour. Result is a very nice tour for an amount that was competitive compared to the other offers I had received. But the game changer was clearly the availability and efficiency of my contact at the agency. Our driver has been nice too, looking for the best spots to see animals, and being really a guide at different steps.
Quality services, competent guides. I enjoyed my trip for sure.
