- Trust & Flexibility:They only charged ₹5,000 in advance for the entire travel and transport arrangement, and never pressured us for payments even after two days of sightseeing. I was able to complete the final payment at the last stage, which showed great trust and cooperation from their side.
- Excellent Driver: Amir, the driver assigned to us, was not just professional but also incredibly friendly, especially with my kids. His kindness and attentiveness made our time in Kashmir truly enjoyable.
- Good Accommodation Choices: Most of the hotels and the houseboat provided were fantastic, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay.
❌ Areas for Improvement:
- Lack of Follow-Up Calls: During our stay in Kashmir, we did not receive a single call from Odyssy Travels to check on our experience or address any concerns. Although we had a great driver, a routine check-in call would have added a more personal touch and reassurance.
- Difficulties in Receiving Invoices: After the trip, I had to follow up multiple times to receive my bills/invoices, which could have been streamlined.
- Hotel Quality in Srinagar Market: While most accommodations were excellent, the stay at Chinar Hotel in Srinagar was not up to the mark. A better selection in this area would improve the overall package quality.
- Missed Opportunity for Feedback: There were minor but important observations about other hotels that I could have shared if I had received regular calls during the trip. Feedback is essential for any business to improve, and a proactive approach would have enhanced their service quality.
Overall, Odyssy Travels provided a good travel experience with trustworthy service and friendly staff. With a little more attention to follow-ups and improving hotel selections in certain areas, they could further refine their customer satisfaction.
