Trip to Pahalgam, Srinagar, Vaishno Devi
All staff of Odyssey travels and MR mushtaq sir and Hida Hassan madam will give me good guidelines and good houseboat, hotels and again thanks to Odyssey travels.

Sir/Madam, The journey to Jammu and Srinagar by our family was wonderful in many ways. Initially we had our own apprehensions and the tour operator has arranged the accommodation at different places i (Read More)ncluding Srinagar and other places in an excellent manner. The transport arrangement and the driver in particular was very cordial and very skilled in mountain driving which put us in very comfortable situation. Also Sri Amir Bilal interacted with us in a nice manner including my children and was very caring enough to accede to our requests. At all the places we had a comfortable and joyful stay and the vegetarian food available was also of good quality. I thank one and all of your staff including Zaima the tour co-ordinator for all the excellent arrangements made. She was almost on all days contacted us and enquired about our well being and tour arrangements. We have carried back the nice memories of J&K tour and this will be staying with us for a long time. Mustaq from Kashmir and Minakshi from Mumbai
Hi guys I lost my more than 15K money coz of misconduct between Mustaq and Minakshi. While leaving from hotel Mustaq told hotel guys to not to give our bags and even driver denied to leave us to airpo (Read More)rt though we have had pad our whole money. We had to pay extra money to Mustaq then only he allowed driver to leave me and my wife to airport. That’s was terror feeling to both of us. Seriously even I have all proofs with me now with bank details transfer of money to both of them. Even they didn’t booked flight ticket for us and we had to book ourselves and they did took charges of flight booking in advance from us. I wish I can take them to court of law soon.
I am not sure is someone can assist us to give our money back

Dear vishal , let me clarify very clearly before you post wrong information . Firstly, we are a DMC not a Travel agent. Your booking was executed and planned by Meenakshi a travel agent from Mumbai who keeps changing her name of the travel agency. She made your complete reservation with my office and did not pay me for your booking. On the day of departure when I asked her for payment she asked me to collect from you. Her outstanding for your booking was INR 80000. She asked me to collect INR 15000 from you and the balance she was suppose to make the bank transfer payment and till date the balance 65000 for your is booking is understanding. So I request you to kindly cordinate with her and clear the balance 65000/- I don’t want to get involved how much u have paid her or not paid her

We group of 11-12 family with would like to thank Qurat for her professionalism and standing up in difficult situation with quick hotel change options in Pahalgam.
We planned 7 nights and 8 days pla (Read More)n for Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam.
On way to Pahalgam one of the kid fell sick and Qurat has helped going out of the way in getting hospitals and support at hospital arranged.
We would highly recommend Odyssey travels with Mr. Mushtaq guidance the team has made our tour awesome and filled with good memories.

Last month I visited jammu and kashmir for a week. It was such a pleasent experience hosted by Odyssey Tours & Travels throught out the tour.
The given resort was very clean and comfortable to stay w (Read More)ith availability of excellent food. Transportation was also up to the mark.
They guided us in all prospects when ever required as a tourist.
Overall superb service by Odyssey team specially thanks to Saima/Hida and Manisha mam.
Odyssey Travels was the best choice I made to plan my trip with Kashmir with 3 years old twins nd hubby. We had fun to the core from the start to the end. Everything was v well planned nd organised. Recentally I had finished my Kashmir trip with Odessey Tours & Travels. It was such a wonderful experience as they organized trip very well in all forms.
The resort they gave was very clean and the at (Read More)mosphere was like home.The food was also like our own home.
The transportation was up to the mark.
We were alloted swift car that was in very good condition similar like new car. The pilot of our car Mr. Fazil Majeed was like litter brother and so much co-operative through out the tour.

Saimamam was taking lead from the front and did fentastic work by giving hospitality at a significant level.

Booked tour of Kashmir through Odyssey Travels in the 2nd week of October,2023 for a week. Hotels provided in the itinerary were superb. Sedan vehicle provided was new and the pilot of the vehicle Mr. (Read More) Jahangir was excellent. He was very sincere, honest and punctual.
