Only one thing hotels room category which was shared and charged has not been provided in 2 hotels one is in gangtok and another one in darjelling which was very frustrating n disappointing

My trip to SHIMLA and MANALI was fantastic, charming and memorable. Travel management was very nice, cooperative and provided the package very suitable to us. Specifically Ms Selina was so nice that she was in touch through out the duration . At SHIMLA and MANALI our cab driver was very co operative. Our guide Kiran was so nice and well mannered.
Overall our tour was very fantastic.

All the rate that they have given are above the market rate,vehicle that they have assure for the trip is not provided,and for nathula trip they have charged extra money other than trip charge.overall (Read More) bad experience

Firstly we have provided you the best rate which was possible during those high season time. Our rate were better from other companies, that's why you have selected our tour package. < (Read More)br>Secondly the vechile was mentioned in the package was Innova/Xylo. But still you prefer Innova more that's why for most of the days during your trip we provided you innova only
Just for one day ( which was your Sikkim drop) xylo car was provided.
Lastly regarding Nathula pass sir we have mentioned you so many times during our conversation before confirming the package
That the cost for Nathula pass is not included.
We have mentioned in the package also.
During your Nathula visit early morning we have mentioned you the issue regarding six seater Innova
As the total number of pass required was 8 so thats why it was not possible to generate pass for 8 person in 6 seat car ( innova)
Due to which we have to upgrade to 8 seater car
Later that day even we deliver our promise regarding the changu lake n Nathula
You tried to make false claim that you didn't visit Nathula
Which was lie
Later on driver gave us the proof regarding your visit to Nathula. That day you just don't want to make remaining full payment by tricking us.
And just you don't understand nepali language please don't go assuming that driver said anything rude to you
We don't go on other states and assume everyone is rude just because we don't understand their language.
While traveling to other states please don't carry this type of entitlement issue that most people know specifically your speaking language.
So please don't go spreading false notion about us.
We have provided you the vechile we have mentioned
Hotels rooms that was mentioned in tha package
