We travels now in Jammu and Kashmir with the package of myntra holidays...We faced so many problems with myntra holidays..We booked our package 3 month before arrival..but when we reach there no hotel (Read More)s booked in any place ...they given hotel is very law quality..and which place the road is very shrink so our traveller don't come at the hotel we walk 1 km daily to reach at hotel and hotel to traveller...Sumit is one of the agent of myntra holiday is fraudster....all myntra holidays staff didn't give any proper answer at travelling...in pahalgam we sat whole day at parking bcz they didn't give any hotels..so please don't book any package from myntra holidays...We lost our 180000 in myntra holidays...so don't waste your money in myntra holidays... don't book any package......

Myntra holiday customised very nice Himachal tour for us. Akshita, the coordinator is very helpful during whole the tour. Few accommodation issues were there, but she sorted out quickly. Whatever your (Read More) package is finalized, is the final amount. No additional cost required any where.

Be alert From MYNTRA HOLIDAY SHIMALA TOUR AGENT,
I am the extremely disappointing experience my family and I had during our recent Shimla, kullu & Manali tour booked through Myntra Holidays Shimla. (Read More) Despite having paid all due amounts and receiving assurances from Myntra Holidays team, the services provided were far from satisfactory and have left us deeply dissatisfied.
Firstly, there was a clear discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered. We were assured of an Innova vehicle suitable for our group, which included two additional persons. However, upon arrival, we were provided with an Ertiga, which is insufficient for accommodating seven passengers along with luggage. This misrepresentation was not only inconvenient but also uncomfortable for our group.
Moreover, the manner in which this situation was handled reflects a significant deficiency in service quality and professionalism on the part of Myntra Holidays staff. The misleading communication, coupled with the unresponsive and unsupportive attitude displayed by Myntra Holidays team, further aggravated our dissatisfaction.
This experience has left us feeling misled, and distrustful of Myntra Holidays' services. It is evident that Myntra Holidays company prioritizes financial gain over customer satisfaction and integrity. Such practices are not only unethical but also damaging to Myntra Holidays reputation.
We demand a resolution to this matter and expect appropriate corrective action to be taken. Additionally, we reserve the right to pursue further actions if this issue is not addressed satisfactorily.

Recently I have travelled to Manali via Myntra holidays package as my first experience was so bad I can't explain in words as the employees are not allowed trust worthy firstly the promise me to book (Read More)my choice of hotel despite of being I told them it's being showing sold out to me but the concern Mr Hitesh Sharma promised me to book the same property for me despite of being sold out at the dates said that they have some links after their fancy commitments I paid them a sum 5000 as token money over all the total package costing me of Rs 21000 with my choice property for 3 nights 4 days. As it being too costly as per my calculations but the staff promised me the best experience and service regarding my stay the after sometime I let to know that the hotel for which I booked my package can't be provided to me as it's being sold out for the dates so it clearly indicates to me that they just promised me to get the amount from me nothing else this the first experience even after starting my journey was so bad that I dealing with frauds or what then too i trusted them and they said they would be providing me the best property as compared to my older property but I would be charged more then I said that firstly you made me a false commitment to me and know it's your fault then too i need to pay more why ? Even your should reduce your price in package as your false commitment to me and even you are charging me more then too i agreed that if I will be getting the best room with Jacuzzi in that as I saw online that promised me and I agreed again on their false statement even I told them it's my honeymoon trip they said they would decorate the room but nothing was there and even room was also not as per my instructions it was a smaller one. Then their tone changed that u need to pay the complete amount for this only they were very rude too and even mostly blunder they did was they told me to pay approx 7000 amount to hotel that I refused that I booked my trip from Myntra holidays so I why I need to pay someone else or hotel but try forced me to pay to the hotel only.so overall my experience is very very horrible and pathetic I would not recommend to any one my colleges or friends to book it from Myntra holidays as the staff is fraud or the company may be as the staff would be told very bad experience ? pls take some strict action against such staff specially Mr Hitesh Sharma.
Even I too belong to Service industry banking sector even your company current account is with my bank only. Then too such experience.

Worst experience of my life with the travel agent. Pitched me a deluxe package and charged exorbitant price only to find upon reaching the destination that it was a pathetic, low budget lodging in a s (Read More)hady hotel for me and my family. We somehow managed for 3 days because they simply refused to change the room or the hotel citing reasons that it was peak season. Had i booked from MMT or other app, It would have cost me much less. He had given me my choice of places and vehicle and the price fitted my budget.
