We visited Srilanka this May and covered Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Bentota, Colombo and over night stay in Negombo in 6D/5N.
Chauffeur Provided (Dinusha) was very friendly, Caring and supportive in all ways, he also managed to get a local doctors contact that helped us a lot.
It's definitely a lifetime experience that we got while traveling to Srilanka and I strongly recommend that if you r planning to go to Srilanka, My Ceylon Trip is best???

A trip to Srilanka

First of all, thanks to Roshana. He understood the assignment and gave us the exact plan that suit us. We were looking to explore max places within 5 nights 6 days trip. It was a great deal and timely (Read More) communication, punctual responses from him.
Dinusha - our guide and friend who took us to all the places, made sure we visit all the places at right time for less crowd, get time to relax, handled our pure vegetarian requirement, and took us to shopping places based on our requirement.
Of course, Srilanka is a great place to visit and I guess good planning, vehicle at disposal and our guide/ friend Dinusha made it much easier.
I had checked multiple travel agencies and some of the reputed trip advisors but found myceylon to be the best in terms of planning, pricing and hasssle free execution. I recommend others try them out too!!

1. Hotels mentioned before advance amount paid were not the same as advertised. In some cases ,locations were very far away.
2. There was reluctance to include stays in Ela, Galle until I insisted & (Read More) forced the Agent.
3. Certain places were included in the iterenary ,like Sigriya & Kandy which were unnecessary since I had informed we were not interested in the primary tourist attractions in these places.
4. Basically a customised tour must take into account the age ,background & preference of the tourists & not as per convenience of the travel agent.
5.The driver appointed did a very good job.

We were a family of 4 went to SL for 2 days on the way to Maldives. I came in contact with Mr. Roshana thru internet. He arranged everything for us - from Airport pickup to drop at midnight. He provid (Read More)ed a 6 seater Nissan A/C van for 2 day exclusively for us along with driver - Arul, who was very cooperative and made our trip memorable.
Best thing is Roshana provided local SIM card immediately with some data bundles. That is very thoughtful
We have decided to engage My Ceylon trip for our next trip of 7 days which included northern cities - when things improve in SL.
Overall it was a good trip and i would definetely recommend

Sri Lanka Trip during Easter 2019
I had booked this trip last year for my mother and sister. We basically covered Jaffna and few other places. Roshna drew up an itinerary exactly as required with some very nice hotels and the driver J (Read More)eevika made my family feel completely at home. My family was there during the Easter bomb blast in 2019 and both the driver plus Roshna ensured that their safety were taken care off. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.

non AC car inspite of our contract

our trip with this agency was not so good, Roshana and geewaka were great except with our car. it was supposed to be an AC car but it was not. It was horrible with some long way from some cities to so (Read More)me others. it was so hot and full of gases and fumes from other cars. I asked them atleast they should refund some of our money and charge us like non AC car tour but they did not accept. it is not a professional way. However geewaka was so kind and helpful. In addition, our hotel in ella was awful .

We have provide (Read More)d a professional Guide (Mr Jeewaka) for the Tour and a good Vehicle. However Vehicle faced a Ac Failure during the Tour, We managed to replace the Vehicle later on with another vehicle with AC.

We family of 3 enjoyed our 7 days tour to Srilanka organized by My Ceylon Trip (MCT). Our welcome at the airport and journey throughout was hassle free. Our vehicle was good, with provision of intern (Read More)et connectivity through local SIM card and packaged drinking water. Driver cum guide, Mr. Mohammed Ruzaik was experienced and well equipped to handle varying road and traffic conditions. Got us everywhere we needed to go in a safe and timely manner.
Mr. Roshana's prompt responses to our queries giving clear and up-to-date information on tour package is definitely commendable, MCT’s tour packages cost was reasonable. While offering hotel choice, Mr. Roshana was so transparent, offered services of the vehicle and driver to look for better dining options.
The hotel accommodations at different places were all good and comfortable. The food was great with sumptuous and tasty vegetarian options too. Srilanka has amazing tourist destinations, great beaches, Botanical Gardens, River Safari, Village Tour, Elephant Orphanage, Water sports etc. We got a taste of all this in a single tour. Wonderful. As committed, MCT took responsibility for offering us a magnificent client experience. Thank you MCT for well organized and exciting trip. I would recommend My Ceylon Trip to anyone without any hesitation.

We had planned for a 5 night/6 day trip to Srilanka. I was fortunate to have come across My Ceylon trip. The agent Mr.Roshana was flexible enough to accommodate our places of interest in the package. (Read More)He gave us best in class accommodation at a budget friendly rate. He was also very patient to listen and answer to our queries every time before and during the trip.
The trip itself was very satisfying with impressive 3-star hotel and complimentary services and an extremely accommodating driver. The driver Mr.Bandula looked after us like his own family and was flexible enough to accommodate our preferences wherever we went. The agent Mr.Roshana was kind enough to enquire about our trip experiences everyday and implement our feedback. Very disappointed with the trip, as hotels were not upto expectations & indications.
Travel time between cities was much more than indicated. many site visits were ommited though indicated in itenary (Read More).
All in all a bad experience.

Sri Lanka Trip 26 to 31st December 2018
The tour was coordinated by Mr. Roshana from My Ceylon Trip. Starting with the procedures it was well explained and lot of information was provided which helped in me choosing My Ceylon Trip.
From (Read More) the time we landed in Sri Lanka, we were welcomed by our guide and driver Mr. Ruwan (Tushar) who is a wonderful person, quite peaceful and informative. He was always at our service and was always positive to our requests.
As we had an adventure, a pleasure filled trip and enjoyed every moment of this. My wife was very happy to visit the places. We had a good time at the beach, in Nuwara Eliya , and all other places in Kandy. Especially the TEA GARDEN. The natural beauty in Sri Lanka had kept us energetic throughout.

A wonderful tour with My Ceylon Trip, well organised from the moment we landed to the day we left -
Ajith, our driver & guide was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble (Read More) which gave us a great sense of safety and reassurance. Interesting conversations covering some of the political history of this diverse fascinating country.
The tour had a really good mix of culture with Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, the Dambulla caves, Galle and the very exhilarating hikes to Sigiriya,Ella with stunning views. The train ride from Nuwara Eliya to Ella through the tea lined rolling hills & stunning landscapes was so beautiful to the empty surreal beaches of Tangalle.
What an amazing experience we had!!! This tour was beyond our expectations and truly it was a momentous trip. Thank you Roshana , Ajith, for the extended support, topping up our cellular data and everything else. The trip was everything we had hoped for and more.

The trip was very well organised, from the time we arrived at the Airport at Sri Lanka till the time we left back to India. Every details of site seeing was planned very well. Simply superb and Excellent !!! Our best tour operator yet. The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced. Sri Lanka (wonder of Asia) trip represented great travel for the cost, advent (Read More)ure, water games, etc. Our booking was easy, the pre information packet was timely and thorough. The transfers were perfect and would like to thank your driver Roshen who took care all of us throughout the entire journey. Everything worked like clock work. Found this gem online while looking for a land-based package. This was the first time I decided to go with a packaged tour (always preferred exploring on my own) as we did not have much time to plan d (Read More)ue to a super busy work schedule.
Right from the whatsapp comms until the last day drop-off at airport this team has been a pleasure to work with. After a few whatsapp messages on the package I had a short tele-conversation with Roshana on the areas I wanted to cover and we quickly decided the route and the hotels. Roshana sent through some photos of actual tourist photos of these locations and we couldn't wait to do it.
Upon arrival we were picked up by the driver-cum-guide Nalaka in a Honda Fit Shuttle (best car if you are a couple and have some big luggage). We were given a SIM card with call & data plans pre-loaded. Roshana also topped up some data at one point as we had been eating up big bytes by posting on Insta! This was so useful. All the hotels we stayed, although 3-stars, were very good and comfortable. We even managed to get rooms with some stunning views of the valleys below.
Nalaka is the type of the guide you need. Punctual, very accommodating, slightly reserved but shares all information wrt the places. We had a wonderul 5D4N trip in this Paradise which is also rightly called Serendip.
We will be back for another trip sometime in the next couple of years and will be dealing with Roshana and team for sure! 5 stars hand down!

In the written agreement with this company we agreed that all hotels shall be 5 stars and 4 stars in the isolated area. This was notrespected by the company and generated a miscomfort to us. In certai (Read More)n places we have been abused by overpaying a tour that should not cost halfof what we paid. plenty of disagreement due to a bad planning.

2) Hotels provided to you are all 4 to 5 Star properties.
3) When you are not happy with 2 Hotels, We immediately changed the Hotels at our own cost. (One of the Reasons for the dissatisfaction was the Road to the Hotel was being constructed on your arrival day which is out of the Hotel’s control.)
4) We have been consistently in touch with you over the phone throughout your long trip and had taken prompt actions where necessary.
Reason for the above detailed explanation was to provide a clear picture on the level of Service we deliver to our guest.

We family of 8 enjoyed our 7 days tour to Srilanka organized by My Ceylon Trip. Our welcome at the airport and journey throughout was hassle free. Our vehicle was a high roof AC van specious enough (Read More)with ample luggage and leg space with provision of internet connectivity through local SIM card and packaged drinking water. Driver cum guide, Darshana was experienced and well equipped to handle varying road and traffic conditions. Got us everywhere we needed to go in a safe and timely manner.
Mr. Roshana's prompt responses to our queries giving clear and up-to-date information on tour package is definitely commendable, My Ceylon Trip's tour packages cost was reasonable. While offering hotel choice, Mr. Roshana was so transparent, that he even shared price details communicated by the hotel to My Ceylon trip. Mr. Roshana had rightly suggested for not opting for hotel's half board meal plan which include dinner. He had offered services of the vehicle and driver to look for better dining options. The gesture of providing umbrellas was great as it saved us from carrying additional luggage.
The hotel accommodations at 6 different places were all good and comfortable. The food was great with sumptuous and tasty vegetarian options too. Srilanka has amazing tourist destinations, great beaches, National Parks, Botanical Gardens, Mangroves, River Safari, Village Tour, Elephant Orphanage, Water sports , hiking, Places of historical, mythological, religious importance. We got a taste of all this in a single tour. Wonderful. As committed, MCT took responsibility for offering us a magnificent client experience. Thank you MCT for well organized and exciting trip .Big thank goes to Mr. Roshana for arranging such a Nice tour. I would recommend My Ceylon Trip to anyone without any hesitation.

Very good tour and travel agency.
Based on their very positive reviews from the trip crafter, we booked a 5days 4nights tour covering Colombo, Sigiraya, Nuwara Eliya and include special arrangement f (Read More)or Mass activity at Church.
I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. My enquiries were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The sedan ride to for the whole journey seemed like very good value. The guide and driver were friendly and courteous, and they constantly plied us with good service.
It was a journey who gave us variety and diversity, Sri Lanka is full of tempels, little and big animals, little and big tropic plants, tropic fruits and vegetables, mountains, hills and rocks, teagarden, waterfalls, rivers, streams, indian ocean, seabays and sea animals. One of the best Vacations
I traveled with my wife to Sri Lanka for 4 days vacation. It was just superb thanks to our Travel agent My Ceylon Trip. Trip was nicely planned and organized by the Agent even with the short notice an (Read More)d under bad weather in Sri Lanka. Prior to booking each Hotel, My Ceylon Trip provided us with an Analysis highlighting the Strength and weaknesses of those Hotels so we know the hotel situation in advance and was able to prepare for the negatives and no bad surprises. Another unique feature was they asked us to bring our favorite list of songs in a pen drive and played those songs throughout the Tour which gave us a homely feeling. Our driver Nimal was a knowledgeable and very honest person. The Manager, Roshana was daily in contact with us and we felt very safe in the entire tour. Roshana and Team made our trip a truly memorable one. See you again.

Our trip to Srilanka organised by Ceylon trip was an amazing experience.The organisers kept in my mind about the minimum most comfort that a traveller would like to give his family.Excellent ambience (Read More)at affordable prices was served to my family which I would like to rate as remarkable.Our welcome at the airport and journey throughout is unforgettable.My sincere thanks to our tour guide and driver who made our trip hassle free and safe in a class ,Ac eight seated vehicle with internet facility and refreshments.Srilanka diverse with mountain ranges in Kandy to beautiful beaches in Dambulla was a magnificent destination for a short vacation.we had a wonderful stay in Amaya hills in Kandy which was full of scenic beauty followed by a relaxing and exotic holiday in Nilaveli beach ,Trichomalee. Had a beautiful time in sea in a personalised motor boat along with snorkel in followed by a rich cuisine.Would highly recommend the luxurious stay in jetwing lake in Dambulla full of praises for its hospitality and food.Colombo city tour on the final day along with good handicraft collection ended up my awesome trip to beautiful Srilanka. Five star accommodation with sumptuous sea food and beautiful sight seeing made the trip altogether a memorable one.Would give full marks to Mr Roshan for leaving me nothing to complain and applauds to him.
