Rajasthan Tour

My experience with Magic Box Holiday has been a very positive one. Paridhi from the company contacted me at the outset. She was very explicit and polite on the phone, always responding to the queries (Read More)and details I sought very promptly.
My trip was two nights in Jodhpur (a one-day tour there), a one night in Jaisalmer (mainly to do the camel ride in the desert in Jaisalmer and a half-day tour), and three nights in Jaipur (tours, hot air balloon, shopping...).
Paridhi and Viraj met me at our Delhi hotel (we were to go to Kashmir from there first), where I was reassured about their reliability and genuineness - I confess to having been apprehensive in the beginning, because I had never dealt with MagicBox Holiday before. They even gave us a large bag of goodies!!
Our internal flights (Kashmir-Rajasthan) were booked by them, accommodations booked, all tours arranged and transports catered for. The package included the camel ride in Jaisalmer, the elephant ride at Amber Fort in Jaipur and the hot air balloon ride in Jaipur. The entrance and guide fees (at certain places guides are very useful) were excluded, as for all tours.
The accommodations were value for money, the drivers were polite and helpful, and the transports were comfortable. Even got wifi-connected car in Jaipur.
All throughout the Rajasthan trip, Paridhi regularly contacted me for feedback. She also called the driver to ask if everything was going on smoothly, and talked to me through the driver's phone, as I did not have a local sim card. When she learned from the driver that I had not taken lunch because of my upset stomach, she actually called me in my hotel room to enquire.
The activities I had requested for, the experience, all the arrangements, were according to my expectations.
I will definitely recommend MagicBox Holiday, and if I need to undertake another trip in India or elsewhere where MagixBox Holiday operates, I will not have any hesitation to avail of their services.

I have undertaken a journey into Kerala and let to Magic Box Holiday the organization and bookings of hotels and driver. Given the budget I was giving to the agency, I think that the choice of the hot (Read More)els was generally proper, with some of them really cozy and comfortable, others more "basic". I was particularly happy with the driver, as he really helped me a lot all along the journey.

Let me start with great appreciation and thanks to travel planner Ms. Paridhi. We recently returned from a fantastic ten-day tour of Indian pilgrimage arranged through Magic Box Holiday, a truly first (Read More)-rate company. Our travel planner Ms.Paridhi had assured us that our tour would be the "trip of a lifetime," and we were not disappointed.We wanted to include as many destinations as possible.We then studied the proposals and followed up with lengthy phone conversations with Ms. Paridhi. This process required a good deal of study and work on our part.
Ms. Paridhi, our travel planner was the only one who truly listened and understood our travel style and what we wished to accomplish. She has far-reaching expertise of the many varied destinations in India and helped us put together an itinerary that was ambitious in its pace but not exhausting. We were very concerned about setting the specific dates of our travel and throughout she was always responsive. She rightly advised allowing sufficient time at each destination to relax as well as to cover all the major sites. She was also attuned to our budgetary concerns and helped us to tailor a selection of hotels that kept expenses under control without sacrificing quality or style.
Working out numerous details regarding hotels, internal flights, temple opening timings, list of places to visit etc, we conferred mainly by email, but occasionally talked by phone to discuss more complex matters. This travel company's mission is that their clients "experience destinations rather than visiting them," and certainly our tour was rich in personal experiences that made us feel a true connection with Indian culture.The excellent guides and drivers are essential to this experience. All the guides were fluent in English and very knowledgeable about history, culture, and current events. Getting their takes on people, places, and events offered a real cross-section of society.
The guides and drivers were consistently attentive to our needs and adapted readily to our interests and touring style (frequent stops for photo ops was a must!). It was always easy to fine-tune the daily plan (to include a particular site, activity, or restaurant, for instance).A particularly invaluable aspect of the travel company's tour is that a company representative is at the airport or station to meet clients upon arrival at each destination to assist with luggage and transportation to the hotel. Similarly, at departure the company representative is there to assist at the station with boarding trains, or at the airport with passing through security and checking in for flights–often a complicated process. This service worked nearly flawlessly.
Just a word on the hotels: For budgetary reasons, we had selected a mix of four-and five-star hotels. All were truly fine, and some were spectacular. In certain instances, Ms. Paridhi, our travel planner steered us to a particular hotel that she thought was special and worth without extra money–and she was right in every case.MsParidhi attended to all my needs and requests immediately, and took time to check in with me over the phone almost every day.
Magic Box Holiday offers its clients excellent personalised tours at a price that, considering the exceptional quality of the services, is remarkably fair. Ms. Paridhi the organiser with her team at her company were absolutely stellar!!!!! we had the most amazing journey. It completely exceeded my expectations.
