Every main spot we had to visit was closed, we couldnt go to thekaddy as all activities we closed. Main point was the houseboat, it was totally waste of time and money as the houseboat didnt show us a (Read More)nything.. they trapped us inside boat for 21 hrs and didnt allow us to visit nearby places making excuses about roads.. driver was the worst person, he was always making excuses to show us the spots, he was only saving his kilometers, he didnt show us main points in munnar.. he didnt take us to any important site as he will only say everything is closed even though everything was open. The agents already knew that river boating, houseboating cruise everything is closed due to monsoon from past 1 month but they didnt memtion anything to us, if we were told earlier about this situation we would have made another plans for different open spots.. these agents just want to get money and forget their responsibilities of services.

The honeymoon delight arranged by lush indian holiday was quite below average level and the hotel arranged in munnar was out of order

Sir ,as you know the booking was cancelled due to the cyclone in kolkota and the booking was rescheduled on the last minute . the hotel which we have arranged was fully sold out and i given 1night in (Read More) the same hotel which booked earlier and the other night in another hotel which is informed to you. i have shared 2 options with the website link . you have choose that hotel which is inside the forest . due to power failure the generator automatically cut off. the Manger of the hotel directly spoke to the guest and they didn't mentioned any compliant in the feedback form of the hotel .
Regarding the Honeymoon delights. : As per your request we spoke the houseboat people and offered you complimentary cake , flower bed decoration which is not paid amount .

It was a relaxed and hassle-free trip with lush Indian holidays. If they have arranged to show more locations / site seeing in a day, it would be great as we had much time all day.
