There is good follow up and updating the travel plan and the changes. The only problem we faced is the driver's language..
Just had a trip with family to Auli in last week of Dec'18 through Journey of miles (Anurag) and it was a great experience as we used their services very first time. Transportation was great (Gaurav- (Read More)driver) accommodation at Rocks n Pine was simple but very neat n clean with a very humble staff and Ravinder was very supportive and polite person where we get accommodated.
I recommend to plan a trip by joirneyofmiles once.

Out of 7 days one day I was only dropped at a hotel in Leh from airport and another day I was only taken from the hotel to the airport.Two days I travelled to Nubra and back and the other two days to (Read More)Pangong and back.One day was for visit to local places in Leh.I feel for two days only for droppings even Rs 1000- 1200 would have been right.For Nubra and back Rs. 10000 and for Pangong to back also Rs. 10000 was right.For local visit in Leh Rs. 3000 was OK.For one night Pangong stay Rs 6000 - 8000 was right.This comes out to be Rs 30000-32200 whereas I was actually charged Rs. 39900 which is definitely on higher side by at least Rs. 7000.

1. On the confirmation of our tour we got some Pre-Departure Information that was really Helpful.
2. Required Documents(Hotels & Camps Booking Slips) for smooth Journey was not being provided we can say there was some miss-communication so here I would like to suggest some clear communication must be there with newly tourists.
3. If we talk about Comfort Zone for tourists JourneyOfMiles offers best hotels and services and also thinks about sefty for there's tourists.
4. Travel Agent(Mr. Anurag Pathak) was alway there for us with no excuses.
