Booking & Planning:
The team really took the time to understand my travel preferences and put together a personalized itinerary that covered all the highlights—Bali Zoo, water sports, the famous Bali Swing, Ubud’s picturesque rice terraces, and an adrenaline-filled ATV ride. They even made sure our flights were comfortable, which was especially important since we were traveling with a child.
Accommodation & Transportation:
The accommodation choices were fantastic. The Kayumanis Resort—with its anytime breakfast—was a lovely stay, and The Apurva Kempinski truly lived up to its reputation as one of Bali’s best resorts. All transportation was smoothly arranged—from airport pickups to private sightseeing rides. Everything was punctual, comfy, and well-managed.
Activities & Tours:
Every tour was thoughtfully planned and led by friendly, knowledgeable local guides. The schedule was just right—well-paced and never overwhelming. It was clear that extra care had gone into making sure everything was kid-friendly and comfortable for our family.
Overall Experience:
Thanks to Journeazy’s detailed planning and constant support, I got to enjoy the beauty and culture of Bali without stressing about logistics. The island's charm, warmth, and energy made this a trip to remember.
