The hospitality, the guidance, their accommodation provided and their frequent checking up on us and asking for feedback and what could be done better - all arrangements were top notch and service was really good. Overall quite impressive.
Had a wonderful 5 nights 6 days trip to Bhutan with JJ & Tia Tours. Everything was smooth and well-organized, even when we faced a few challenges on the way. The team handled it all so well, they really went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. Bhutan was beautiful, and the experience was even better because of how well they managed the whole trip. Driver very good
Guide was good but at few instances could have communicated better
only dissapointing part was Punakha hotel
we asked for 3 star accomodation which Punakha hotel was not
Two dinners at Punakha hotel were sub standard
Staffs were less courteous
