The best part about the trip was communication. Anita was constantly in touch with us and kept us posted on updates in the itinerary and other things. We wanted to cover a few places and Anita was kind enough to help us include those in the itinerary at a reasonable price. All in all I am extremely happy with the entire trip!
Nothing as such to be honest. Just a small tip- confirm the agent in advance in case of specific instructions like preference in terms of double bed or twin bed, wifi availability, number of sim cards, etc to avoid any confusions later

The hospitality, the guidance, their accommodation provided and their frequent checking up on us and asking for feedback and what could be done better - all arrangements were top notch and service was really good. Overall quite impressive.
Had a wonderful 5 nights 6 days trip to Bhutan with JJ & Tia Tours. Everything was smooth and well-organized, even when we faced a few challenges on the way. The team handled it all so well, they really went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. Driver very good
Guide was good but at few instances could have communicated better
only dissapointing part was Punakha hotel
we asked for 3 star accomodation which Punakha hotel was not
Two dinners at Punakha hotel were sub standard
Staffs were less courteous
