Regarding other visiting points we have mentioned all the points on itinerary & verbally talked to you over the phone before finalizing the plan. As per the place & points all the points were mentioned also updated you for an additional points on call & itinerary too. 2. Regarding Lachung hotel, As the package was booked at last minutes of the travel date & most of the good hotels were all sold out due to peak season & we did informed you already while finalizing the hotels & plans that the hotel is not upto the mark.
