This is my 8th touring with them. The best experience i had as usual. Mrs.Pooja made this time the best as usual. The hotels & vehicles are very comfortable. She takes my cll even at 9 PM to solve my small issues like arranging currencies. Himalayan is always like Himalaya in giving happiness.

Gave horrible experience. Damaged and old cabs, deliberate attempts in communication gaps, very dirty and shady hotels, no proper response and solutions to client's problems, after taking 1.20 lacs for 11 days trip. Will definitely suggest a NO to this company. Also I will file a case against them in the consumer forum!!

Avoid booking any of your vacation trip with Himalayan Travels. They will just end up spoiling your vacation in every possible way. I had booked my Sikkim trip through Himalayan Travels and experienced worst services ever. 1. They overcharged me like a bomb. 2. I had specific request for vehicles - Since its a hilly region, I asked for Sedan, for which they charged extra and I agreed to pay; howev (Read More)er, eventually the sent an WagonR which was very uncomfortable. 3. They took the whole money upfront, before the start of the trip. 4. On complaining about the vehicle, they promised a refund, but did not receive the whole refund. 5. Their sales executive Mrs Shweta used to hang up my calls in between and blocked me when I followed up for refund. 6. Aditya is a very rude person who does not care at all about the customer delight. 7. The kind of drivers they provided were very arrogant. Travelled with a friend to Kaziranga and Meghalaya. Ms. Shweta gave me an itinerary within hours and organised an excellent custom made trip with excellent car and driver with a good selection of hotels. Was available throughout the tour for any clarifications and support. Thank you.

Worst tour operator you could ask for. Pathetic services in terms of hotels, cab driver & planning.

Worst experience with them, disgusting fellows with no response at all.package includes hidden costs.services are utter waste. If i am given option i would give them nagative marks.its waste to give them even 1 star rating

One of the best tour operator I have seen in my entire life. Coordination and planning for tourists are excellent. Mr deepak who is general manager is very polite person and manages the hassle free tour.
