It was a worst decision to avail their services. Had booked 2 Dham (Kedarnath and Badrinath) and was assured that I will be provided decent deluxe hotels and services. Instead, they put me into lodges (Read More) (Hotel Sajwan in Phata and Hotel Deepak in Badrinath) that did not even have proper parking space. I was provided stinking rooms with no proper hot water and sanitation facilities. These hotels were supposed to provide breakfast and dinner as part of package but they had unhygienic cramped kitchens and were offering a basic thali for dinner under package. I chose to eat elsewhere and did not even bother to ask for breakfast/tea. You can even check reviews of these hotels on Google. I did not negotiate the package cost and HU Travels never mentioned that they are offering me a package actually meant for low budget trips. Tent that they provided at Kedarnath was more than a km way from temple with common washrooms. I chose to book a room near temple although it cost me extra. Our driver, infact, stayed in better rooms during the whole trip. With the amount I paid to them, I could have booked better hotels myself. Please do not book any package with them or online. You will find better options offline. They lacked coordination with driver and asked me not to pay anything to driver. However, the driver did not have any money for fuel.
