Fantastic hospitality & organization
We just concluded our 10 nights holiday in Sri Lanka. we were fortunate enough to be referred to Heart. They were very accessible and responsive to all our needs and requirements even before landing. (Read More)We had provided our own itinerary and with preferred hotels and they took care of the rest. Infact due to miscalculations of passport renewal dates we had to move our trip a week in advance last minute and they took care of making all the necessary arrangements. Once we landed we didnt have to worry about anything. they had arranged a professional driver to be with us for the whole trip who was incredibly accommodative and patient. we just enjoyed the place and everything Sri Lanka had to offer without worrying about our logistics. when we go back to Sri Lanka i know who i will be calling. you should call the same people :)
