However, we would like to clarify that the conf (Read More)irmation you received in the PDF was the same as the voucher, and you stayed in the same hotels that were booked for you. You did not face any issues for three days, even though you were forgetting things from Day 1, and we were assisting you in retrieving them, which you didn’t mention.
On Day 1, your stay was at Palazzo Zafferano, where you left a bottle belonging to liquar. The next day, when you checked out, the driver had to come from a long distance to retrieve it. On Day 2, your stay was at the Sher-i-Kashmir 4-star houseboat, which you described as poor, and you also left a pouch there. Despite the - 6 temperature, we made every effort to retrieve it and hand it over to you. Everywhere you went, you left something behind, and the drivers had to travel long distances to bring them back.
Secondly, everyone knows how heavy the snowfall was. You insisted the driver take you to Gulmarg without chains on the vehicle, and due to the road being blocked and accidents caused by the snow, you got stuck. This was not our fault; it was due to nature. On the day you were supposed to travel from Gulmarg to Pahalgam, Md personally called you to inform that the Pahalgam road was blocked, and the driver Parvez also insisted, but you didn’t listen. You insisted on going anyway, and the driver eventually took you to Pahalgam, but the road was blocked, and we had to arrange an emergency stay for you in Srinagar, where everything was sold out due to flight cancellations. Despite that, we arranged a 3-star property for you, which was right across from Dal Lake.
Thirdly, when you left Srinagar for Patnitop, Parvez took you with a lot of risk. You saw with your own eyes that a truck had overturned due to slippery roads After that you Asked our manager to arrange a hotel for us in katra. even though it was 9 PM. We arranged a hotel for you there, and in Katra, we had a reservation at Clarks Inn, a 4-star premium property. I don’t understand why you are calling these properties poor. We arranged everything so quickly and ensured you didn’t have to stay on the road. After all this, you gave us such a poor review instead of showing appreciation. We have never received such complaints from anyone regarding our services, except from you.
At this time, we had 5 departures, and Alhamdulillah, we guided them very well, and they remembered us positively and gave good reviews. They are the kind of clients who understand the efforts made. We put in more effort for you than for them.
