• Trip to Himachal Pradesh, Manali, Dalhousie, Shimla, Amritsar
Well organised, allowed us to enjoy the cultural aspects, all done for us, including guides. It helped having all aspects organised for us.
We were happy Jitender took the trouble to come and meet us at the airport and hotel,
He has organised our trip with changes all the time. A great job, very pleased and won’t hesitate to organise another journey through him.
We would have preferred our guides/ drivers to ask us about going to a particular shop that sells prior to stopping there.
Also a hotel should have a cold fridge that doesn’t turn off when the hotel card is removed the room.
• Trip to Shimla
The Manager Jitender did his best to accomodate my wishes. I only have one grievance to make he did loose his cool on the journey when the Ticket Inspector demanded he pay the difference of fare as I was able to get on the Himalayan Toy Train from Kalka to Shimla due to 5 cancellations hence I did not give him a 5Star Rating. All in all, he was always polite and seemed to be knowledgeable in all (Read More)aspects of Tourism.
Jitender wasn't always available to follow through with Pick Ups and Drop Offs as he had to depend on Drivers and I had to keep reminding him. Again, it was not his fault as communication is the key answer to a smooth transition in Travel.
