Clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service,
First of all, hats off to the management for keeping Fox Kandy as a pet-friendly resort! Thanks to this, we could bring our little paw-buddy along, which made our stay even more special.
Our experienc (Read More)e was truly amazing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure comfort. The rooms were beautifully arranged, spotless, and the attached bathroom was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. Being a pet-friendly hotel, extra effort is needed to maintain hygiene, and the staff handled this very well.
The food was tasty with a good variety. I personally preferred the à la carte menu over the buffet, and portion sizes were generous. They even offer a pet menu, although our little buddy is a bit picky, so we stuck with her usual food.
The gardens were well-maintained, lush, and pleasant to walk through. The resort has around 25 rooms, accommodating roughly 50 guests, with parking for about 10 vehicles. The pool was lovely and offered a great view.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend Fox Kandy Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly getaway.
Visit the Fox Kandy for our Honeymoon. Location is on the top hill and have great view. Road uphill is very narrow and not hard to find because road signs are all the way up to the hotel. Parking are (Read More)a can easily accommodate 6,7 vehicles. Welcome was very pleasant.
Rooms located 4 rooms per block and 7 blocks in the premises. Spa, Pool facilities available. Pool is comparatively small and have small area for relaxation with benches. Rooms are little noisy and privacy is little limited. Restaurant area is comfy and large; located on 1st floor. Buffet is excellent and always have sri lankan traditional foods available. Live station also ready to serve you. Room service was excellent and always active. Staff is very helpful and friendly. You can relax and enjoy the stay.
