Last year when I booked the package to Kerala through tripcrafter I was suggested Trek or Trail who was a best service provider. Trek or Trail people followed us regularly without any fail from the da (Read More)y we started our journey till the day we ended regardless of Sundays or any holidays. we had three to four haults in our itanery and wherever we used to reach, the agent use to call and take proper follow up & feedback.
Unlike the earlier trip, this trip was horable and highly disappointing. The moment we reached Goa airport we were to get in touch with exotic India people but there was no response being Sunday. The moment we reached hotel, realised these people had not done there homework. The hotel people was asking for more money and also we faced some more issues which we were not able to discuss with the agent as being Sunday. This made us think twice before any booking in future.
