Absolutely horrendous experience. This travel agency completely ruined what was supposed to be our Christmas 2025 Kerala trip. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind—stay far away.
To begin with, the itinerary was blatantly misleading. The agent confidently mentioned travel times like “1 hour drive” which in reality turned into 3–4 hour journeys, and routes claimed to be “4 hours” ende (Read More)d up taking a shocking 7 hours. This poor planning completely drained our energy and wasted entire days of our vacation. Either the agent had no clue or deliberately lied—both are unacceptable.
There was zero guidance on authentic local cuisine. Kerala is known for its incredible food, yet we were never guided to genuine local eateries. Instead, the driver repeatedly took us to specific restaurants and shops where he clearly had cuts or free food arrangements. The focus was always on his benefit, never ours.
The driver was extremely unprofessional and manipulative. He openly pushed activities like the elephant ride because he had commissions there and forced us to go even when we were visibly tired and uninterested. Saying “no” simply didn’t matter.
The vehicle condition was poor, uncomfortable, and nothing like what was promised. But the biggest scam was the houseboat. It was small, extremely congested, smelly, uncomfortable, and honestly felt suffocating. It looked nothing like the pictures shared during the deal. This was pure misrepresentation and false marketing.
Things reached an unbelievable low on the final day. While we were already late for our flight, the driver threatened to abandon us midway unless we immediately paid him ₹500 that he claimed was pending. Being held hostage right before reaching the airport is not just unprofessional—it’s unacceptable and frightening.
Despite booking the driver and vehicle for all 5 days, he never stayed back after dropping us from one resort at checkout to pick us up at the next resort during check-in. As a result, the vehicle was used only for destination-to-destination travel, with no sightseeing, no evening roaming, no flexibility at all—completely defeating the purpose of having a dedicated car.
On top of that, the driver was consistently late to pick us up and always in a rush to drop us off quickly so he could end his day early and sleep. Once we checked into a hotel, he showed zero interest in helping us explore nearby places or make our evenings enjoyable.
Overall, this agency showed no professionalism, no honesty, and no customer care. What we got was stress, exhaustion, manipulation, and disappointment instead of a relaxing Christmas holiday.
Do not book with this travel agency. Kerala is beautiful—but this agency, their planning, and their driver did everything possible to ruin the experience.
