Dear Subhangi Ma'am, Thanks for your feedback, with humble due and respect, It's important to mention here that during your visit to Andaman not a single commitment was breached from our end as  your review speaks louder. On the 22nd day of January 2024, due to the opening ceremony of  Shri Ram Temple there was a huge traffic throughout the city so the bus got delayed by 20 minutes, in spite of that you were  dropped to the Airport by 7:50AM. Indigo did not allow you to board the flight . It is  important to  mention here that the extra charges that  you had to bear were because of  rescheduling to the next Indigo flight at 12 pm. The amount was collected by the Airline for the same. Regardless of our best services during the trip, you are demanding the rescheduling charges from us which you had to bear towards rescheduling the flight. When we have refused to pay, you are threatening us to tarnish our reputation which we have earned through hard work in the past eight years. We would like to mention here that we have been in the business since 2016 and successfully catered 7000+ satisfied customers and till date we have not received a single complaint similar to yours. If we were not good at our commitments, it would have never been  possible for us or any Travel Company to run  his / her business successfully for the past  eight years. Apart from this if you have faced any trouble due to our services, we regret the inconvenience and provide our sincere apology. Lastly , being a customer centric company we have released Mr.Mohit, the person who was handling your tour from all his responsibilities of our organization. We hope to extend our services to you in the near future.
