A European Tour was organized by Dewan Holidays in May 2017 for senior citizens. They hired a sub-standard coach for the longest part of the journey (Paris-Germany) which broke down and the entire gro (Read More)up of senior citizens, ageing 60-75 years which included my parents, were stranded on the road for more than 7 Hours, with no provision of food or water whatsoever. At nightfall, the hapless and aged travelers were shuttled back to the starting point of the journey. They missed a country, and were subjected to unnecessary ordeal on account of mismanagement at Dewan's. When asked for explanation, their executive in India hung up the phone on me. I would never travel with them.
