Trip to Thimphu, Paro, Punakha, Phobjikha Valley

What's Not Good: At the very beginning I told hotels, bus, guide are all good
But everything went not smootly
1. When we went to siliguri hotel for a short stay, we were told that there was n (Read More)o booking. Matter settled after waiting for 1 hr
2. At phungseling suddenly you changed our hotel, and told us that we have to stay at Hotel Anmol. This was not mentioned previously. After we showed our strong dissatisfaction and altercation with you, you have the hotel Zediah., which u committed before our journey.
3. At paro, you changed our hotel and told us to stay one day at Hotel diamond and the next day at another hotel. You absolutely failed in your commitments. Again after shouting we got Hotel Anand resort.
Every places we have to wait for one hour, because u did last minute booking and the rooms in the hotel were not ready
4. At our return journey, in hotel Tara international, we are told that we are given seven rooms instead of eight room. Again we have to shout. And wait for more than an hour to get our rooms
I have never denied that you have given bad hotel or guide or bus but we had to face lot of harassment

Kindly Talk about our services not about transparency, We didn't fail to deliver our services to you and group, though it was booke (Read More)d very close and high season time. All Hotels, Bus, food were excellent given, just there was change in hotel at Paro because of miscommission among our team and hotel. Whatever we mentioned were delivered.
All we deliver on time and best to same with other guest.
Anyway thank you for choosing us to travel to Bhutan. And we look forward to see you all again.
