From the pick up till we were dropped off we experienced a very sweet, humble & generous kinda hospitality from Charisma. Our 6N/7D was like roller coaster trip. Every need of ours was fulfilled. We all enjoyed every second/min of our Bhutan tour. Kudos to Mr Prakash who took care of us from the the pick up till we reached back our homes safely..
On the whole we were Happy with all their accomodations except for the Thimpu, Hotel Ugyen, which we all felt it was not upto the mark whereas our stay in the other hotels in Phunaka, Paro & Phuentsoling were excellent but Paro's Dema Resort didn't have lift facility... Rest all good & appreciate Mr Prakash, Charusma for his excellent hospitality... ?????

At the very beginning I told hotels, bus, guide are all good
But everything went not smootly
1. When we went to siliguri hotel for a short stay, we were told that there was no booking. Matter settled after waiting for 1 hr
2. At phungseling suddenly you changed our hotel, and told us that we have to stay at Hotel Anmol. This was not mentioned previously. After we showed our strong dissatisfacti (Read More)on and altercation with you, you have the hotel Zediah., which u committed before our journey.
3. At paro, you changed our hotel and told us to stay one day at Hotel diamond and the next day at another hotel. You absolutely failed in your commitments. Again after shouting we got Hotel Anand resort.
Every places we have to wait for one hour, because u did last minute booking and the rooms in the hotel were not ready
4. At our return journey, in hotel Tara international, we are told that we are given seven rooms instead of eight room. Again we have to shout. And wait for more than an hour to get our rooms
I have never denied that you have given bad hotel or guide or bus but we had to face lot of harassment

All Hotels, Bus, food were excellent given, just there was change in hotel at Paro because of miscommission among our team and hotel. Whatever we mentioned were delivered.
All we deliver on time and best to same with other guest.
Anyway thank you for choosing us to travel to Bhutan. And we look forward to see you all again.

Every thing is okay
We had been to Bhutan during March and Charisma Tour and Treks made our experience more memorable. They provided us with the best hotels at all places and the best services.
Our guide was Mr. Aeub Rai (Read More) and Mr. Arjun Sampang Rai drove us throughout.
They were very much helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed our tour very much thanks to charisma tour and trek and also Mr. Prakash Limbu for cooperating with us throughout.
We would highly recommend anyone and everyone to trust charisma tour and trek without hesitation cause travelling with them was fun and adventurous.
We have been to Bhutan tour (8N/9D) which was conducted by Charisma Bhutan Tours &Travels. Trip was excellently organised, Good hotel stays, Good Food. They have covered all the places as mentioned in (Read More) the itinerary and tour manager (Mr. Ayup) was extremely very good and co operative.
