Car and Driver. Hotel for Manali - Ravassa but Room View was not given as per picture shared. Similarly for Welina Grand, rooms different than shared pics. But Overall satisfactory stay.
Only one hotel in Manali near to City centre to avoid traffic jams.

MANALI IS GOOD PLACE TO SEE & ENJOY. BUT HOTELS WAS NOT GOOD AS EXPECTED. NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY. FOOD ALSO NOT TASTY AS EXPECTED. CAR MANAGEMENT WAS LITTLE LETHARGIC. OVERALL TOUR WAS NOT SO GOOD ABOUT MANAGEMENT.
NEED IMPROVEMENT IN HOTELS FAMILY ROOMS. IMPROVEMENT IN TASTE IN FOODS. CAR DRIVERS FROM TOUR COMPANY HAVE BEEN HONEST - LIKE ROHTANG TOUR THEY HAVE TAKEN 5000/- BUT ACTUALLY ROHTANG FAIR MANAGE ONLY IN 4000/- TO 4500/-. AND LAST NO ONE CAN VISIT FROM YOUR COMPANY IN HOTELS AND IN TOUR FOR TAKING FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY NOT DIGITALLY.

Supporting staff, but iternary was so basic and all hotspot comes under extra charges.
Travel agents , data privacy, coordination with local cab drivers and their bosses. Due to union rates and travel agent rates was missed matched several times.
