Kiran provided you sa (Read More)me hotel which were mentioned in the quotation from our side. We fulfilled every promise we make and we didn't change anything in your quotation.
First you booked only hotel accommodation from us and later on you booked cab for one day for Solang Valley ,Atal Tunnel, Koksar & Rohtang Pass we have issued permit for Rohtang and just 1 day Prior you told us that you don't want to go anymore. And about our transporter Mr. Ram sir we are dealing with him since 2017 and we did not get any negative feedback till today.
And for cab rates first off all we did not provide you any cab for INR 9000 and second 4500 is for normal 4 seater cab and i have arranged 2 sumo cabs for you which included Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel, Sissu, Koksar & Rohtang Pass with Permit cost included.
It's not possible to cancel booking on the spot because we have already issued permit for your trip. So it was not possible to cancel anything on the spot and we requested you to kindly go as per the plan otherwise transporter will take cancellation charges. We know for that reason only you accused her for being rude and sir this is not right you have mentioned that She didn't call you during your trip. We have call details and She was the only one who arranged transportation for you on the spot from Kasol to Manali without charging any additional service charges. Miss Kiran coordinated you every time and apart from that there were special person {Service Coordinator} who was constantly in touch with you.
During your trip on call you told her that our services are very good that she arranged tempo for you on the spot from Kasol to Manali.
We can understand that it's your right to give your feedback but please don't make any false accusations.

Very much delighted by the Excellent services offered by Asia Trip Holidays in our recent trip to Ladakh. I must say It was really a great experiance with Asia trip holidays manali, from the day one till journey ends they were in touch all the time, solving queries, understanding the customer expectations (Read More). Good experience. As aged persons also visit shimla and kulu try to accomodate travellers in the hotels having lifts or prefer ground floor accomodation.

Disappointed with Poor Planning and Coordination
We recently booked a 10-day Himachal trip with Asia Trip Holidays, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a highly disappointing experience. The planning done by Shreya, our trip planner, was poorly executed and lacked attention to detail. Furthermore, Deeika, the trip coordinator, failed to provide adequate support during the trip.
The itinerar (Read More)y was not well thought out, leading to wasted time and unnecessary travel hassles. Accommodations and transportation arrangements were subpar, and there was a clear lack of value for money. We expected a seamless and enjoyable experience but were left feeling frustrated and let down.
I would not recommend Asia Trip Holidays based on our experience. They need to seriously improve their planning and coordination to meet customer expectations.

Sir there is no mistake from our end, as you said that you were not satisfied with itinerary let me remind you that before confirming the package our execut (Read More)ive have provided you at least 6-7 revised itineraries & after agreeing on final itinerary you have confirmed the package.
During the trip when driver told you to proceed by morning to visit "Patnitop" sightseeing but you denied that you don't want to leave early and missed the sightseeing in spite of that we refunded the amount for that but you haven't mentioned that in feedback.
Regarding the hotels you have told us that you don't want to invest much in hotels,even after that we provided u upgraded properties, also during the trip our service coordinator Ms. Deepika was constantly in touch with you but you only told her about hot water issue in Manali hotel, no other issues regarding to accommodation and sir in hilly areas due to low temperature everyone faces this kind of problems but even after that hotelier provided you hot water.
sir you have just mentioned your side of story,this kind of act is not acceptable as we have provided you best services.

We used to make bookings for Shimla and Manali trips through Asia Trip Holidays, they kept calling us until we paid for the booking, but after making the payment, they did not call us or they did not (Read More)care about us, just like cattle.
They treat you only for money, just pay Mhnun they do rather they follow you, and they don't tell you anything about the extra money at first, but when you get there, a lot of people don't know that there is a real robbery going on, but we had a very dirty experience with them. There is,
and the story of the spot in his package is worth seeing. The rest of the spots are just shown by deception. The mountains and trees were everywhere. Basically, people come from such a long distance to see the snow. These people don't show them. We talk to them from above. So ask for money, this is their strategy, but don't mistake their sweet talk because our overall experience is that these people cause a lot of trouble later. The personal cab driver they provided is also good in nature and helpful for sightseeing and trip roaming.

The hotel at Manali (3 night) is also good. But the hotel policies are bit frustrating. (Like limited hour water supply, last hour room type change. The food and hotel hospitality services are good. Hotel has best view for waterfall, river and snow covered hills.

We have been planning to visit Manali since June 2022, but positive purpose we finally get a chance to experience our first trip ever as a friend group on December 15-18.
As we live in a Hilly plac (Read More)e in North east Mizoram, we felt familiar to the place as we visited different places-Temples,Monastery etc. everything was fun and superb refreshing. And we finally get an opportunity to experience out first snow At Sisu, already missing the place.
We went under the guidance and being assisted by Sofia and Deepak from ASIA TRIP HOLIDAYS,i am specifically thankful to them because i had been troubling them so much with all the shifting of the days and timings.
If anyone from Mizoram or North East people of India,they are 100% trustworthy, and do visit these places too.
We are looking forward to our next trip if we ever have the chance again,

I have to say that Asia Trip Holidays has arranged a trip that was wroth to remember. Radhika was very much supportive and has planned our trip very efficiently. At last our driver Amandeep was very friendly and was the part of our team in the whole journey. And one i must say in addition that if you are planning a trip to Himachal Pradesh then Asia trip holidays is the best place to invest in. Hotels were good all the arrangements in the hotels,camp and trek was good except the hotel we stayed at Shimla. Hotel was average services were poor food was good. And about the hotel we stayed at Manali was the best hotel to stay and services and food was awesome. The trek of kheerganga was an experience that will be with me for life time and the camp at Kasol was the best with its views and soothing sound of the parvati river stressed us out after the hard trek we did at kheerganga.. That all i want to say about my experience in Himachal. We had a trip to Manali-Dharmashala-Dalhousie-Amritsar in Oct 2022. The trip was excellent and memorable with the help of Asia Trip Holidays. My trip to Dharamshala Dalhousie and amritsar overall was good. There were two things which I have mentioned to deepak, that some places which were mentioned in the itinerary were not actually open or (Read More) accessible for visitors. Second, the breakfast and dinner was totally disappointing, very simple food and always same menu we had right from the beginning to the end, we almost didn't feel like eating sometimes. Though deepak and Shreya was always were in touch through out our journey. I would suggest that you need to work on the areas that I have mentioned. I'm not sure if I may book with Asia trip next time.

Few months back me and my cousins planned of going to Manali, so we don't know how to design our iternary as we aren't a local person there so we found out Asia trip is assisting people in planning it (Read More)ernary and booking rooms and vehicle to assist people through out the trip so we contacted Asia trip and then Shreya helped us out by planning our trip so well and made our trip memorable and Shreya assisted till we reached Manali and then Deepak coordinated our activities well. We had a holiday trip to Manali with Asia Trip holidays in July 2022. Ms Shreya organized our trip and promised for a nice trip. Since we are senior citizens, requested for a nice driver. After the pa (Read More)ckage was booked shreya was in constant touch and on reaching Manali Mr Deepak has taken care of us. Mr Deepak and Ms Shreya are excellent in their behaviour. The driver Mr Ram an excellent person. The trip was memorable. I would request people to give them opportunity to grow. The hotel, food was very good. The wonderful thing is after the trip, till we reached home they're so much concerned.

However, Manali hotel is no (Read More)t that much as compared to Shimla hotel and also, Manali hotel area is not up to the mark. Damanpreet Driver is very helpful and following strict time. Shreya was available over the mobile call anytime when required by us. Very very little slow response from Deepak. Overall, it is good trip and experience. Thank you all for planning this.

The trip to Kullu Manali organised by our travel agent Asia trip holidays was memorable one. Right from the beginning, we were contacted by Miss Kiran ji for pickup and she was in constant touch for a (Read More)ny help/ guidance.
Mr. Damanpreet ji was our driver. And he was very punctual, he guided us very well throughout the way, he knew all the sight seeing places, the timings and made sure that we reach there on time without getting stuck in jam on roads.
We had booked Himalayan heights hotel for our stay. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing. Also food is very tasty there. Overall we had wonderful and memorable experience of our Kullu Manali trip. Thanks to Asia holidays ☺️

The hotel booked in Jibhi was very bad, but they managed to give me alternate accommodation. i had a very bad experience with the CAB provided.
the Cab driver decided where we have to go, he did not (Read More)follow the itinerary. and always mentioned he will charge extra for everything. On the last day he harassed us like any thing saying we have leave early orelse we will get stuck. he made us leave early morning at 8am. so he stated calling us from 6am to give reminder call. the management and planning is not proper. they booked cab from 3rd party and then they try to blackmail you but you cant help it. you have to pay for whatever they say. Also the cab driver was always on phone, even in the ghats he was on calls, continuously talking. i told him not to talk but after sometime again back to the same.
Over all - i did not like the trip it was pathetic experience, it felt like i wasted my 30000, i should have rather booked on my own.
Tripcrafters you also have equally helped me get my trip spoiled.

I would like to specially thank Miss Radhika who planned my whole (Read More)trip, made sure everything is in order and once trip started she made sure my trip was comfortable throughout the whole period. I would recommend her, if you want to make your trip plans. And also I would like to thank miss Riya, who made sure everything is proper and whenever issues occurred, she tried to solve ASAP so that it wasn’t a trouble for me.
Finally the cab service provided by Ram chand ji was really convenient with my travel and changes in schedules.
I would recommend people to plan trip with Asia trip and ask for these people for memorial trip.

Charged extra amount for Rohtang pass, parked vehicle far away from the points extra is worst part.
secondly as per company the hotel which stayed is falls under Golden plus category, but it is far away from Manali city, and there is no lift also

Just travelled with asia trip holiday.
1.the service from the company was nice but
2.the hotel they selected was situated out of the city in manali and shimla both.the price we paid for hotel was no (Read More)t valuable for it and the location of it.in shimla they told us other hotel and accomedate in other hotel.which was not good.they said the owner is same but that's not matter bcz they showed us other hotel rooms images.they included free breakfast and and dinner but i suggest don't go with them if you want nice hotel and eat something good.cheap qulity breakfast and dinner will served to you in Buffett only you can't costomise it.
3.And last our driver was nice person but the company doesn't gave him full plan and data where and where we have to go.poor comunication between company and transportation
4..i suggest don't prefer this asia trip holiday.make your own trip select your personalized hotel and go to manali and shimla and hire some driver their it will be more cheaper then their price.and more relevant too.bcz included palces of visit are not that much intresting too.

We had a ten days tour.Asia Trip Holidays provided us a Tempo traveler with worst driver.He didn't had any manners and behaved very impolitely with us. Trip executer said that the driver will pick us (Read More)at Delhi railway station. But he didn't. Without informing us he sent two taxies and they drove us upto Ambala and TT driver picked us there. At first day in manali he showed us only one place. In itinerary they wrote about five places. Driver always used to stop us at any place where he gets commission. He used to walk us for kilometres and always we have to come near TT. We complained to the service department of Asia Trip and our tour executer, but no one replied us properly. Our driver daily used to woke up very late. He only used to bring us from one hotel to another. Lot of times we complained regarding all these issues. But no one responded. After sightseeing in Amritsar we had an overnight journey to Delhi. But over driver stopped his TT at night in a dhaba(which was not in our tour plan) and made us to spend whole night there itself. That dhaba was nearly 35kms far from Delhi. In morning again he woke up very late. Our first sightseeing was started at 2pm. We had more than six places to cover in Delhi. But we visited only one place. Then he left us at hotel and said he don't know places in Delhi, so we should travel using taxies. That much irresponsible guy he is. We booked at Asia Trip Holidays to have a wonderful tour. But all of them are polite till they get full payment. In fact our tour executer said us to provide full payment at third day itself. After getting money they didn't responded for our calls and messages. Totally we got a bad experience because of Asia Trip holidays and TT driver.Other than that hotels were good.So from my side I suggest to execute your tour plan yourself and book vehicles privately because a worst driver and agency will spoil your money. So booking your tour in an agency (Asia Trip Holidays) is waste of money as per my view.

I was coordinated with miss tanya, she was very sweet and polite since the start to the end. But what would i do of her politeness if they dont provide good service.
1. We book 3 camp room , but when (Read More) we reached there only 2 were booked by Trip Air Aisa.
2. They will charge for everything, even for water, warm water,heater. That too at that price which will be nonsense.
3. They will stop the cab/Traveller/Bus at 12 am night and say now you have to pay for the night charge. If you are booking kindly book till your drop point and not on day basis. Because they know that reaching to delhi is impossible in 12 hour, from manali to delhi. Then they will ask for extra charge. They were asking 6k extra else they wont move the cab.
4. In the contract they will mention only temple, waterfall and monestry as they are on the way of the route. If you will ask the driver to move at any other place which you wanna visit and very close too, they will ask for extra charge.
5. Totally unsafe for women. We 9 person including 4 girls were standing in the middle of the road at 10pm because our rooms were not alloted.
6. Do not pay all the money in advance, ask them that that 25%-40% you will pay at the end on the trip when you will be dropped to your stated city/place.
7. We paid Rs. 92,500/- for 9 people, they got the worst service ever.
8. We were promised that every place where we will stay will have high speed wifi. as we all were working at night. Non of the place had wifi, forget about the high speed, Apart from Grahan Village.
9. Book everything on your own, It will be Safe, Cheap and comfortable.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH TAKING BOOKING WITH THEM

We stayed at 3 different hotels located in Shimla,Manali,Dalhousie.
All the venues were of a high standard and very comfortable.
Rooms are spacious, clean with all amenities. 24hrs hot water and heater facility.
Breakfast,Dinner was complimentary at all of the hotels, and food was cherry on top of it.
Special mention to mouth-watering and diverse food at Dalhousie -Mongas Hotel & Resort.(Must-try)
Cab Facility:
Travel Arrangements were also good. Though we had a language barrier with drivers, all the drivers were knowledgeable about the locations and helped us travel safely.
Special Thanks to 2 of the drivers :
1. Sandeep - He knows all the way around and made our journey even more pleasant .
2 . Sunny and other driver who took us from Punjab to Delhi Airport - Only because of excellent maneuvering of around 14 hrs from Dalhousie to Delhi, we could successfully board a flight in Delhi.
We owe a great thanks to the key organizer Mrs Shreya Who was in constant touch in every destination. She made sure that everything was up to our expectations. Her response time was splendid and exemplary. She never hesitated to make appropriate changes during our travels when needed.
Overall it was a very beautiful trip managed well by the AsiaTripHolidays team. Kudos to them !
We will cherish this trip all our life and we would definitely come back to AsiaTripHolidays for our future trips.

We have done a Himachal trip by booking with Asia Trip Holidays in October 2021 and travelled in Dec 2021.
We had a very nice experience with them.
They have provided a (Read More)ll the needed things and continuously in touch even after resuming the trip.
The tour was well managed by Ms. Raveena , and took good care and suggested all do's and dont's during travels.
Ms. Raveena was available 24 x 7 for any updates, queries.
She upgraded our stay as considering the climate and requirement.
Kulwinder Singh (Paji) the driver was very much co-operative and familier with route and shortcuts. He is not greedy at all and never asked to purchase anything from the local connects. he is used to guide us about all the needed athings.

I found the staff of Asia Trip Holidays very unprofessional. We booked a Spiti tour package for 5 people but they do not have any practical experience. All their research is google based . Miss Riya , (Read More) Miss Aarti and Miss Raveena were evolved in planning our trip.
Firstly, Our driver was a really nice guy but he was not aware of the routes as he was driving to the routes for the first time. Miss. Raveena lied us on the very first day by saying that they the driver is an expert of the Spiti routes. We missed to experience some beautiful destination because of that. I am not blaming driver for this but to Miss Raveena.
Secondly, Miss Raveena just googled and put the distance as it was showing in google maps. Upon asking, she said that we don't have any practical experience and depends on google maps in order to put the distance in the itinerary. For instance, it took us 10-12 hours to cover the distance from
Saharan-->> Chitkul--- >> Kalpa because the distance was around 250 KM's but she put 98 Km's and 2 hours in the itinerary. We were planned our stay in Kalpa but we had to stayed back in Chitkul and they have charged extra for that. Let me know if anyone is interested, I can show you the itinerary provided by them
Thirdly, Both Miss Raveena and Miss Riya was rude, unprofessional. They will never listen to you. For them , whatever they have provided to you is prefect but how can someone fully dependent on google research. One should have at least 70 % practical knowledge but Asia Trip have ZERO.
Whosoever is reading my review and planning for a trip to Spiti, please do not plan your trip with Asia Trip. Better to book the hotels by your own, it's not a very difficult task. Otherwise try some other vendors. They will cost you more but you will get much better service and will not suffer as we did.
To Asia Trip Holidays,
You guys are very unprofessional. Improve your services and stop lying to the customers. Get some practical experience first then start sharing the routes for places like Spiti and Leh. Understand , these routes are very dangerous and you should not only dependent on google for your research. Again very bad experience with Asia Trip Holidays.

Our trip became bad only due to the worst driver they provided us.The driver was very arrogant and all the time he wanted us listen to him only. For doing activities he used to bring us to those peop (Read More)le, where his commission was fixed. And when he realised that we have cought him then he started to behave very rudely.
Our driver name was Surinder Kumar Vehicle no. HR 64 A 9534.
He used to say us that sir don't believe on these trip agents they will not help you, just believe on me only and don't look to your tour planning given by Asia trip holidays, I will give you tour as per my best experience.
The driver had a big stick (danda) in his car thus we used to be a little afraid throughout our journey with hi. He was very very clever in terms of talking. But we were also very clever and whenever we caught him making us fool by his buttering talks he got angry.
At last he said to us that I am not your guide I am only your driver.
If you believe me then I request you to please don't provide this driver to any educated and clever tourist. I hope you will notice my concern and take the necessary action.

We planned a trip with Asia Trip Holidays. The trip was pleasant. The hotels and rooms we decided were as per expectations. We had some issues with the taxi they had provided. We were not told that th (Read More)e places the taxi will take us were fixed. Even when the taxi was at our call for total 5 days, if we wanted to go any place other than the ones decided by Asia Trip Holidays we were refused and were told to pay more even when the trip was just 10 kms away. Our first experience through Trip crafters. The trip was safe and pleasant.

Pathetic customer service......worst experience ever with this travel agency....all the executives are mannerless and rude...specially Disha Thakur, Radhika Thakur and Mohit Rana.....these people had (Read More)made our trip like hell.....it was continuous torture for last 5 days and even now we are getting tortured as we are still stuck at the hotel whereas we have flight to catch....such a pathetic experience I have not experienced till now in my whole life...they took most of the payment in cash and are not even ready to share the receipt.....this is a trauma for us....

• Trip to Shimla
Very bad experience with Asia Trip Holidays.
I booked the package and told that i will start from delhi on 20th evening they agreed and planned my trip when i was on my way i got a call saying you wi (Read More)ll get hotel only after 7 on 21st, i was totally blank, what i will do at the night?
They told that the journey from Delhi to shimla will take 6-7 hours, so by that i should reach shimla somewhere at midnight 12-2 am, but they asked me t pay extra for that night i had no option i agreed to pay when i was on my way, once i reached hotel there was a drunk man who was sleeping at reception after 20 mins i managed to woke him up he told that wait i will check room and cone but he flew from there and didn't come back, i searched another hotel on my own.
They told that Rohtang will be excluded and you have to pay extra if you wish to go Rohtang, i agreed they booked a different cab for me to go Rohtang in 2000, when we were on the way to start for Rohtang they asked us to buy cold clothes mandatory, else he will not give us the vehicle to go. Again i was left with no choice and booked another cab on my own.
There were numerous difficulty in my trip.
I would never suggest anyone to book any trip with them.

Our Experience of Spiti tour with Asia Trip Holiday was really horrible, Hotel was not upto Mark and food was very unhygienic. I never expect this type of Travel agent from Tripcrafters.

Form 4th of October to 10th of October, we had a seamless, hasslefree trip with my family. From the planning stage itself, we had been advised and guided by Ms. Shweta, the dealing officer from Asia T (Read More)rip Holidays. We all are very much thankful to her.
The trip was very nicely organised, starting from the vehicle, it's driver Avtar Singh (We used to call his "Punjab da Puttar", became a part of our family), the hotels, foods all were excellent.
We had been picked up from Amritsar to Chamba, thereafter Dalhousie (via Khajjiar. From Dalhousie to Dharamshala (Via Jot - another breathtaking route), then after a stay at Dharamshala and Mc.Leodgunj, we had been dropped at the Pathankot Cantt on 10th evening with a huge load of good memories.

I have booked trip through Asia trip holidays. I have make an advance & committed to make balance payments after visiting hotel but they took payments forcefully & all hotels are very low quality. I r (Read More)efused to check in hotel & request to refund my payment but they refuse to do so. . I request to all traveler that DO NOT MAKE BOOKING WITH THEM. I will put the matter with consumer court & suggest all of you to NEVER BOOK WITH ASIA TRIP HOLODAYS

The itinerary sent was misleading and we had to call up Everytime as to why are certain places not included .
The payment procedure was not informed in advance and then we were asked to make payment (Read More) as per their fancies while on trip.
The driver provided was always trying to make some extra bucks or trying to save the kilometers of the vehicle...we we're forced to walk so much on the hilly terrain even in the rains ,the service provider has to take responsibility for this.
We were misguided about the non use of AC in vehicle in Himachal...it was so hot and we we're forced to pay around Rs1500 to the driver for some few hours of AC in the vehicle.
The hotels provided were Asia holiday in in Manali which was not up to the mark in terms of breakfast menu and trying to cut cost .The hotel in Dalhousie was new palace which was ok and they served good food and they took all efforts to fulfill our requests.
Our trip would have been better if we planned it on our own

Fistly you have given (Read More)us a false pickup point our cab has pick you 40 kms far away from the Gurgaon . Mam how you can say we are saving the kilometers . ALL are according to itinerary.
Secondaly i would like to tell you that our company has already mention in your mail that Ac will not work in Himachal hilly areas because of breakdown there is more chances of breakdown due to less pickup eficiency of the cab . I have your confirmation voucher which i can attach . We have given our best to serve you even that we provide you AC where it is possible even then you are not satisfied .Our company is not forced to pay extra from the package which is not included in the package you have to pay that you have to understood. I can attach the voucher which our company has alloted you.
Thirdly our company has clearly mention the name of the hotel . We book the hotel after your concent and our rest of the Guest was also there in the same hotel no one has complaints
At Asia Trip Holidays, our greatest desire is to ensure our customer are satisfied at all level and find the most suitable way to fix their problem without delay. We have given you 40 kms far away pickup and drop without extra charge . We given you Ac where it is possible .We are bestly fix your problems and give our best to satisfied you . Our company Mantra is “ATEETHI DEVO BHAVA” Our company treated our guest as god . Our Guest is our worth and asset of the company .
