THEY ARE JUST FRAUD.
NEVER PAY FULL PAYMENT BEFORE YOUR ARRANGED TOUR IS COMPLETED.

Worst tour planner. The whole team is a bunch of arrogant people including their manager Mr. Probin. They do not know have any sense of hospitality.
We (group of 22 members) visited andaman last week (Read More) and our trip was planned by andaman emerald. The booking was done almost a month before date of journey. As per their terms and conditions we paid 25% of the booking amount and the rest was to be paid on arrival.
From here onwards problems started. 15 days before the journey they called us and asked us to pay 25000 as there was hike in jetty fare. We paid the amount. Again 2 days before journey they (Probin) called us and asked us to pay 100000 saying that it was difficult for them to manage hotel and jetty ticket bookings. It was on a request mode and they said that if we do not pay now they will try to manage. But since we were in a group and some of them were coming from other place we did not transfer the amount. As it was only two days left we thought of giving the remaining amount at arrival. But the next day their manager called us saying that we will not book your jetty ticket unless you give the amount and also the vehicle will not take us to the hotel until we pay the remaining amount on arrival at airport.
We afraid and transferred the amount 100000 immediately.
When we reached port Blair after seeing the jetty tickets we found that they were booked only after we paid 100000. Also it was booked for 12:30 instead of 9:30.
They did not start the tour from the airport until we paid the remaining amount. For that we went to their office so that we can transfer online. But no Internet in office. We went across different atm to give the money.
The seriousness with which they collected the money was not seen in delivering their services.
The following are the drawbacks
1. Poor coordination between members of the team.
They have different executives for different islands (Havelock, Neil, port Blair etc.). These executives do not take any responsibility in solving your problems faced with accommodation, transport etc. They just ask you to consult office. With the mobile network problems it will be very difficult for you to call office every now and then.
2. Poor transportation management
For 22 members they gave us a 22 seater vehicle and did not even think of our luggage especially during transit from one island to the other. In every transit we have wasted about an hour or so waiting for the extra vehicle for luggage. At times they insisted us to adjust the luggage in the same vehicle.
3. Poor execution of the itinerary
They are just concerned about itinerary they did not plan for lunch of the tourists. They used to give a thought about only when we ask them about time and place of lunch. At times they asked us to have lunch at 11:00 am itself. When we objected for that and asked them to provide pack lunch so that we can have it in vehicle or any park. They provided us packed lunch but did not show us any place to have it. We just carried the pack. Finally they asked us to have it at Ross Island. But after reaching Ross Island we came to know that outside food is not allowed. We just carried the pack and had it in the evening. Such was their planning.
4. No verification of the accommodation provided
They are very reluctant to verify whether the accommodation was provided as promised. At havelock we reached hotel in the evening and to our surprise the rooms were completely different from the rooms whose photographs were shared with us. Again the executive doesn't take any responsibility. He just asks to consult office. There will be no one in the office after 7 pm. We had to spend in those rooms (untidy bed sheets towels, frogs in room)
5. Casual attitude
The last we had flight at 8:00 am. We asked them to provide vehicle at 5:15 am so that we can start by 5:30 am and reach airport by 6:00 am. Not finding the vehicle we called the executive and he said that its on the way. We waited till 6:15 am and arranged autos and left for airport.

I had a very good experience with them. I booked them on my friend's suggestion and they did as I want. They are good at their work.

Hi,
Please don't go with this fake tour and travel company.I had booked a honeymoon. I had port Blair, havelock and Neil island in my itinerary which we had booked on 10th Oct 2016. There only BSNL n (Read More)etwork is working and no other network this wasn't informed to us. I traveled during new year duration from 28th dec to 2nd Jan. I had asked these people to decorate the bed with flowers on the day we arrived for which they took 2500 Rs which was done on the next day thus was not at all special. These people have not booked our ferry tickets, even hotels in advance we had to keep contacting the operator person for tickets, we approximately contacted Prabhat, amit, moon moon, pravin these are tour person 7 to 8 times a day. They charged us extra for peak season but the arrangement was worst. They booked a hotel where you don't get room service also, no service phone in the rooms, no water provided in the room, no water heater specially DREAMLAND HOTEL worst hotel with 58 to lizards hanging just above the entry door. All in all these people has spoiled the entire trip.

Hotel provided to us were not as required i.e. we are assured of 3 star & above hotels but they are just ordinary. They should ask for more money for better hotels.
