Feedback for Andaman Bliss Travels
We recently completed our Andaman trip with the support of Andaman Bliss, and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks for making the trip truly memorable.
1. (Read More)Excellent Overall Arrangement: Right from the planning to the execution, everything was arranged with great care. The coordination was smooth and seamless throughout the trip.
2. Punctuality and Planning: All pick-ups, drops, and activities were conducted on time without any delays. We never had to wait or feel uncertain about the schedule.
3. Good Accommodation: The hotels arranged for us were clean, comfortable, and located at convenient spots. It made our stay very pleasant.
4. Professional Staff: The Andaman Bliss team was professional, courteous, and always ready to help, which made a big difference in our travel experience.
5. Special Thanks to Mousumi: A very special appreciation to Ms. Mousumi, with whom I had been coordinating for almost a month prior to the trip. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. Whether it was answering my queries or revising the itinerary as per our convenience, she handled everything promptly. Her support was truly commendable and deserves special mention.
6. A Concern to Highlight: However, I would like to bring one issue to your notice. On 12.07.2025, a Tamil driver named Rajkumar picked us up from Port Blair Jetty for Ross Island and later dropped us at Villa Hotel. He told us that anything bought from Havelock or Neil Islands would not be allowed on flights without a bill, and insisted we purchase from Sea Pearl Shop, where he assured bills would be provided to avoid issues at the airport. But we also bought a few items from Port Blair and Havelock without bills, and no one asked us for any bills at the airport. When we checked with local shops, they mentioned this could be a tactic used for commission-based referrals. If that’s the case, it’s quite disheartening — especially because we are also Tamil people visiting from Chennai, and being misled by a fellow Tamil person was disappointing.
7. Final Thoughts: Despite that one incident, the overall trip was lovely and well-organized. We were able to cover all the major attractions comfortably and create beautiful memories. Many thanks once again to the entire Andaman Bliss team, especially to Mousumi, for making this vacation special for us.
