Very Poor Service. Don't care for senior citizen Trouble. They don't take into consideration the genuine difficulty of Travellers. Very unprofessional and only interested in taking money. Please be ca (Read More)reful before you book your ticket. You will be grossly disappointed with horrible experience. The tour operator is not of class and quality. No flexible. Very much rigid in law. No practical. As the situation is very worse in Char Dham Yatra 39 People died even they don't accept the request of Senior citizen who are having health issues request to change their destination package either or give refund booking amount. They are not entertaining. So please don't select and travel in any package of this tour operator If you want to enjoy your trip and don't want to loose your money.

My experience about that tour is that i have really enjoyed my tour do much,all the tour are according timly,nice food,nice hotel specilly tour manager chiragbhai,kalpeshbhai,mehul all are very cooper (Read More)ative,my tour is allways as per schedule and they give what thay told .
