The AD Tours and Travel is managed by Mr. D.B. Gurung who has worked in travel industry for several years as guide, hotel manager and ticketing agent and operated the tourism company in partnership too. AD Tours and Travel is Atlas Discovery Gateways Tours and Travel Established in the year 2014 in the heart of Thimphu. It is an accredited travel company registered with the department of tourism, Royal government of Bhutan, Thimphu.

Trip to Paro, Punakha, Thimphu, Eastern Bhutan, Bhutan

Every thing from pickup to drop , hotels , itenary, car , driver our guide Dil kumar, Ad tours Tandin , all were great. Trip was well planned and executed by them. No issues atall.

Very good tour agents. The guide Sonam was very friendly and informative. Driver kinley drove us very safely. Guide Sonam explained everything patiently and especially he was very helpful in tiger nest hiking. Overall Bhutan is very clean and green. We enjoyed our stay at Bhutan.

This vacation (August 2024), we visited Bhutan - a beautiful country so well rooted in their tradition and culture. Our trip was organised by AD Tours and Travels; and we must say that it was an extremely satisfying experience. The staff are very prompt and responsive to all our queries and took really good care to make our tour a memorable one. The accommodation was all in 3-star hotels with the (Read More)company especially ensuring that we received the best rooms that the hotel has to offer. Special mention to our guide Kinley - a very polite, punctual, professional and friendly person - who was there throughout with us and patiently explained to us everything about the beautiful places and holy sites that we visited. Our driver Tshering was also wonderful - always ensuring we reached our destinations on time. Both these new friends of ours ensured that we had a very memorable experience of Bhutan.. We visited in the off-season being the monsoon period but the rains did not trouble us at all and we had a very cool and pleasant weather all throughout. Altogether, we highly recommend AD Tours and Travels (and definitely Kinley and Tshering).. for providing us with the best experience of Bhutan..#Believe..?
Nothing at all to mention... everything was perfect.. just as we wished it to be.

I recently took a trip to Bhutan with my parents, organized by AD Tours and Travels, and it was an unforgettable experience. The trip was exceptionally well-organized, and we had a lot of fun while creating wonderful memories. The service from AD Tours was top-notch; every hotel they booked for us was beautiful, ensuring we had amazing stays throughout our journey. Our guide was fantastic, putting (Read More) in great effort to show us around and enhance our experience. The hospitality from AD Tours and the Bhutanese people is irreplaceable, making our trip even more special. This was our second trip with AD Tours, and once again, they managed all the documentation and other arrangements seamlessly. I highly recommend AD Tours for a Bhutan tour.

Trip to Thimphu, Paro

I have paid SDF Amount of Rs.14,400/- on 10 Aug 23 for travel from 11 - 17 Oct 2023 for two persons and received a Receipt from AD Tours & Travels, Thimpu. But due to unavoidable circumstances, tour could not be performed and informed to Mr. Gurung on 05 Oct 23. Also requested to refund the SDF amount. But so far, our SDF amount is not received. Dear sir, it was well communicated to you!! You have transferred Rs.14.4k as a tour confirmation amount and had agreed to get your advance permit with the amount but unfortunately you have made last m (Read More)inute cancellation on 5th Oct and your trip date was on 11th Oct (Bhutan Peak tourist season) and the reason was due to flood in Sikkim which didn't impact on Bhutan Tourism at all and have well explained to you to continue your trip but since you wanted to cancel at any means, have informed you that cancelling you trip will acquire 100% cancellation charges in which your 14.4k will not be refunded and rather requested you to postponed your trip as per your convenient dates which we will do for you with out any additional charges and have been waiting for your new tour dates since then. Now we have entered 2024 and will still accept your new tour dates till Dec 31st 2024 and you must update us latest by Feb end. If you miss to share us your new tour dates within the given dates we will considered as a cancelled and your advance 14.4k will be acquired as a cancellation charge's. We are really sorry sir, if this has caused you any inconvenience but we have our polices, terms and condition to be followed and i have still gone beyond our policy to make this trip happen for you, as we don't want to charge you any cancellation.
