Abha Travels, located in Banaras, is known for being a fraudulent travel agency. Initially, the owners, Deepak and Pratima, will communicate with you in a friendly manner and even send you pictures of (Read More) new vehicles. However, once you transfer the money, their behavior changes. I personally experienced this last year when I booked a Tempo Traveler and transferred 10k. Upon reaching Delhi for my trip, I was provided with an old and poorly maintained Tempo Traveler. When I confronted Deepak about the discrepancy between the photos and the vehicle, he responded rudely and refused to refund the advance payment. Being in a difficult situation, as he was a local person, I had no choice but to proceed with the same old and damaged vehicle. After a few hours into the trip, Deepak demanded full payment, threatening to cancel the booking otherwise. I kindly request you not to trust Deepak and Pratima or book any vehicles from Abha Travels.
