- **This tour is not available on the following dates: 4 Jul (Thanksgiving Day), 24-25 Dec, and 1 Jan (New Year Day)**
- This tour runs at 10:00am, daily in Jan, Feb, and Dec
- This tour runs at 9:30am, daily from Mar-Nov
- This tour runs at 1:30pm, daily from mid-April-Nov
- This tour runs at 6:30pm, daily from Mar-Oct
# Sample Itinerary:
- Please note that the timings below are subject to change based on weather or traffic conditions of the day
- 9:45am check in at the meet up location to sign the paperworks and start Segway orientation session
- 10:00am tour departs from the meet up location
- 10:15am see the exteriors of Tidal Basin, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, FDR Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Korean War Memorial, WWII Memorial, Martin Luther King Memorial, and learn their history from your tour guide
- 1:15pm tour ends at the meet up location

# Additional Information:
- Please note that the price applies to all ages
- Pregnant women and children aged 0-16 are **not** allowed to participate in this tour
- No alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled tour. No refunds will be given if the participant is found to be under the influence of any illegal or impairing substance
- Participants must weigh at least 45kg (100lbs) and not more than 118kg (260lbs)
- The local operator reserves the right to refuse anyone services based on safety concerns even if you fall within the weight limits
- The local operator reserves the right to refuse services if you are suspected to have a physical or health condition that will make it unsafe or not possible for you to participate in this tour
- All participants are required to sign a waiver form upon arrival
- Please note that you will be asked to leave a credit card deposit (amount varies) at the counter. The amount will be refunded upon completion of the tour and the Segway is returned undamaged
- The tour will continue rain or shine. Rain ponchos are for sale at the meet up location (please check the pricing at the location)
- **If the minimum number of bookings (2) is not met before the scheduled departure, the tour on that date may be canceled. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund**
