- You must present a printed voucher for this activity
- You must redeem the ticket within 24 months of the date of purchase (printed on the voucher as 'date of validity')
- Ticket must be validated before boarding ACTV public transport
- The validity of ACTV Ticket starts from the exact moment they are first validated
- You could redeem your ticets at the [automatic self-service ticket machines (TVM)](https://www.veneziaunica.it/en/content/self-service-ticket-machines) or at one of the [Venezia Unica ticket offices](https://www.veneziaunica.it/en/content/points-sale-and-collection)
# Redemption Process:
- To avail of your tourist ticket, you must print the voucher for this ticket. It contains the QR and PNR codes necessary to avail of your ticket. You must also bring a valid ID with photo (e.g. passport, driver's license) just in case the ticket inspector requests for it
- At the ACTV Self-service Ticket Machine, choose your preferred language (it's available in Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish), then select "Collect Tickets Purchased Online", and then place the QR code next to the reader window on the left of the machine.
