**Operating Time:**

- Daily from 8:15am-6:30pm
- Jet boat departs every 15-30mins



**Additional Information:**

- Participants under the age of 15 and 1 meter tall cannot participate on this tour for safety reasons (height requirement may be raised to 1.2 meters in adverse weather conditions)
- Camera and video devices are prohibited for safety reasons. Only head mounted GoPro (or similar) cameras may be used
- Please check in 30 minutes prior to trip departure
- If you need the complimentary return shuttle transfer service from downtown Queenstown, please select "Yes" the at checkout page and a specific pick up time will be allocated and specified on your voucher based on your activity time
