# Pick Up Information:
## From Hotel
- Please be at the hotel lobby 30 minutes before departure time
- The driver will wait for 5 minutes after pick up time. After this time the driver will leave for the next hotel

## From Airport
- Please proceed to arrival hall (Gate 8) and look for the signboard with the KLOOK logo and your name on it
- Please arrive at the meet up point 15 minutes before departure time
- The van will depart on time. If your flight is delayed, please contact Klook hotline

## From Pak Bara Pier
- Please arrive at **Hi Lipe Office** (next to 7-Eleven Convenience Store) 15 minutes before departure time


# Surcharge:
- A surcharge of THB70/person will apply for pick ups and drop offs at Buri Sriphu Boutique Hotel, Central Festival Hat Yai, Crystal Hotel Hat Yai, the Smart Hotel Hatyai , Diana Shopping Complex and Kanjanadit Road.
- Please pay the surcharge directly to the driver in cash
