- The validity of ACTV Tickets starts from the moment they are first validated
- Each ticket is only valid for 75 minutes from the moment of validation

# Redemption Process:
- You must print your voucher to avail the tickets. The voucher contains the QR and PNR codes necessary to redeem the physical tickets
- You must present a valid ID with photo (e.g. passport, driver's license) just in case the ticket inspector requests for it
- At the ACTV Self-Service Ticket Machine, choose your preferred language (available in Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish), then select 'Collect Tickets Purchased Online', and then place the QR code next to the reader window on the left of the machine
