Private City Transfers between Ahmedabad to Nadiad, Anand, and Vadodara

- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

# Pick Up Information:
- Location: Hotels, railway stations, airport, or anywhere within Ahmedabad
- The operator will contact you via call or email to reconfirm your pick up time and location
- The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or other specified pick up point
- Please be at the pick up location at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up
- Please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays due to peak traffic conditions along certain routes
- If you booked a round trip service, please inform the driver your preferred pick up time for your return transfer
- For airport pick-ups, the date selected upon booking should be your flight arrival date (e.g. If your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May)
- **Important:** For pick ups between 11:00am-10:00pm, please book at least 4 hours before preferred pick up schedule. For pick-ups between 10:00pm-11:00am, bookings must be made at least 8 hours prior

# Surcharge:
- An overtime surcharge of INR250 per hour will apply for drop offs made after 10:00pm, to be paid in cash (INR) directly to the driver
