# Additional Information:
- Child ticket: Age 4-6 with a height 130cm and above
- Zipline participants must weigh between 30kg-120kg and should be in good health
- For safety reasons, participants aged 60+, pregnant women, people suffering from any medical or physical disabilities are not allowed to join this tour. The operator reserves the right to refuse provide the service and no refunds will be guaranteed
- The tour cannot accommodate vegetarian options or other dietary restrictions
- All participants must provide their passport information (full name, passport number, and date of birth) upon check out for insurance purposes
- An English or Chinese guide is available at the elephant camp. If you prefer English guide, please make your booking **at least 48 hours in advance** and indicate English guide at the checkout page
- The activity may be canceled in cases of bad weather. In the event this happens, you will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund
