Luxury Taoyuan Airport Transfers (TPE) for Taipei

- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

# Arrival Transfers:
- You may present either a printed or a mobile voucher to confirm your reservation
- After you reach the Arrival Hall, please look for the Klook coordinator holding a Klook signage with your name on it. The Klook coordinator will be there between 9:00am-3:00am
- If you reach the Arrival Hall outside of that time period, your driver/operator will hold a signage with your name on it

# Maximum Waiting Time:
- **For arrival transfers:** The driver will wait for up to **90 minutes** upon your flight arrival; in order to avoid arguments and to provide you with the best experience, please indicate your flight number correctly at the checkout page
- **For departure transfers:** The driver will wait for **15 minutes** starting from your indicated pick up time; Please make sure you will be punctual on departure date
- During the waiting time, the operator will contact you for confirmation. If the operator manages to contact you but already after the waiting time, you will be charged with overtime fees
- If the waiting has passed and you are still not reachable, you will be regarded as a 'no show' and no refunds will be given

## Remote Areas
- Please pay surcharges in cash (TWD) directly to the driver
- If your confirmed flight information has changed, please contact the driver at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick up time you indicated at the checkout page
- TWD100 for New Taipei City, Tianmu, Beitou, Neihu, Nangang, Wenshan, Xindian, Banqiao, Zhonghe, and Yonghe
- TWD200 for Xizhi, Tamsui, and Shulin

## Overtime Charges
- Benz 320: TWD250 every 30 minutes
- Volkswagen T5, Hyundai TQ: TWD200 every 30 minutes
- Benz 350: TWD400 every 30 minutes
- The driver will only wait overtime if he has contacted the passengers and arranged it with them
