# Booking Guidelines:
- **Airport Pick Up: Please select your airport pick up service date based on “Scheduled Flight Landing Time (UTC +08:00)” accurately upon checkout. For example, if your flight is scheduled to land at 2 Dec at 11:30pm, please select 2 Dec**
- **Hotel Pick Up:** Your selected pick up date & time should be at least 3.5 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
# Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email and ticket instantly after booking.
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email
# Vehicle Information:
- Group of 4 passengers or less; can accommodate two pieces of 24-inch luggage
- Group of 8 passengers or less; can accommodate four pieces of 28-inch luggage and four pieces of 26-inch luggage
- Please ensure that your number of luggage matches the vehicle you select. Refunds will not be issued if number of luggage exceeds capacity of car trunk
# Additional Information:
- **Please note:** If flight arrives between 11:00pm-5:59am, please select Late Pick Up Service (Late Pick Up Fee: TWD200)
- **Please note:** You will receive the driver’s contact information via text message, WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat between 8:00pm-10:00pm (Taiwan time, UTC +8) a day before your chosen pick up date
- Only the 8-seater vehicles are stroller and wheelchair (accessible as long as they are foldable)
- **Please note:** As mandated by local law, child safety seats are required for children aged 0-4 or weigh less than 18kg. You can book child safety seats per car upon booking
- **Group of 1 - 4 :** You can book a maximum of 1 child safety seats per car with a surcharge
- **Group of 1 - 8:** You can book a maximum of 2 child safety seats per car with a surcharge
