# Arrival Transfers:
- After you reach the Arrival Hall, please look for Klook coordinator holding a Klook signage with your name on it. Klook coordinator will be there between 9:00am-3:00am. If you reach Arrival Hall out of this period, your driver/operator will hold a signage with your name on it

## Pick Up Maximum Waiting Time
- The maximum waiting time is 90 minutes from actual flight landing time
- After the allowable waiting time passes, you will be charged a fee of TWD200 for every succeeding 30 minutes. However, if the allowable time passes and coordinator/driver/operator cannot reach you through your number, you will be considered a 'no-show.' The driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

# Departure Transfers:
- The driver will not contact the customer for hotel pick ups, so please make sure you arrive on time at meet up location, 1st floor

## Drop Off Maximum Waiting Time
- The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes
- **Please note:** The driver will wait for 30 minutes from your indicated pick up time. Please make sure you will be punctual on departure date
- There will be a penalty charge of TWD200 for every succeeding 30 minutes. However, if the allowable time passes and coordinator/driver/operator cannot reach you once the 30 minutes waiting time is over, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued

# Surcharge:
- All surcharges must be paid in cash (TWD) to the driver onsite

# Vehicle Overtime Charges:
- After the allowable waiting time passes, you will be charged a fee of TWD200 every 30 minutes. Driver will only wait for an extended number of time (overtime) if he has contacted the passengers and arranged it with them
- Pick up service: The maximum waiting time is 90 minutes since flight actual arrival time
- Drop off service: The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. Please make sure you will be punctual on departure date

## Remote Area Surcharge
- The following destinations require surcharge fees
- TWD200: Nangang, Sanxia, and Yingge (Whole District)
- TWD300: Shilin District-Yangmingshan, Tamsui (Except for Shalun), Xindian (Whole District), Maokong/Wenshan Districts-Mountain Area, and Xizhi/Shenkeng Districts-City Area
- TWD600: Beitou District-Yangmingshan, Tamsui Shalun, Wulai, and Wudu
- TWD1,200: Wanli, Jinshan, Shiding, Ruifang, Jiufen, Pingxi, and Sanzhi
- TWD2,000: Shuangxi and Gongliao
- **Please note:** For remote pick up and drop off locations in areas not mentioned above, the surcharge will be decided based on the distance
