- Child ticket: Age 3-12 
- Adult ticket: Age 13+ 
- Children aged 0-2 are free to join provided that they **do not** occupy any seats. Please purchase a child ticket if they will be requiring seats 
- Each gondola can hold a maximum of 6 people 
- The tour group includes a couple of musicians (a singer + a musician) who will be aboard one of the gondolas to perform throughout the trip, there is not a couple of musicians on each gondola. To permit all participants to listen to the musicians will board a gondola in the center of the row 
- Unfortunately, this activity is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities 
- Commentaries by app (via mobile phone, to be downloaded on site) or brochure are available in 9 languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, and Hindi 
- For vegetarians, people with food intolerance problems or with special diet requirements, a specific request shall be made upon reservation. Please indicate your requirements at checkout page
