- **In case your preferred timeslot is not available, the operator will provide you with the next available timeslot on the same day. If no other timeslots are open, you can either select another available date or opt for a full refund**
- Minimum age to participate in this activity is 2 years. All kids above 2 years will require a ticket
- All guests must carry a valid ID proof
- ATC clearance would decide the helicopter routing in Mumbai for all rides
- Please avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages atleast one hour prior to ride time
- Please note that tours may be canceled due to weather condition on that day. If this should happen, you can request for reschedule or full refund
- Please arrive at the location 40 minutes before scheduled departure
