# Itinerary:
## Day 1:
- Arrival in Leh (altitude of 3,500m or 11,400ft)
- 09:00am Check in at a guesthouse

## Day 2:
- Acclimatization walk in Leh
- Proceed to Shanti Stupa, a sacred Buddhist stupa, from where you get an opportunity to witness a beautiful view of the sunrise and a panoramic sight of the town of Leh

## Day 3:
- Getting a medical check up at Medical Camp in Leh Market
- A clearance certificate upon a medical check up will be issued by the ALTOA designated medical camp (mandatory for the trek)

## Day 4:
- Enjoy tea and breakfast in the morning and start your journey by driving to Shingra Koma
- Trek towards Somo Paldar campsite where the Chadar trek expedition starts

## Day 5:
- Start of the trek to Dib Cave/Tibb
- Stop for the night and rest. Butter tea would be offered to cap off the night
- Enjoy an overnight stay at the campsite

## Day 6:
- Trek the most scenic part of the region and get a chance to witness the largest frozen waterfall and prayer flags. The bridge built next to the site of the waterfall is used in summers to reach Zanskar from Leh
- Proceed towards the village of Naerak to mingle with the locals
- Stay overnight at the village camp

## Day 7:
- Start your return trip and proceed towards Tibb
- At Dib Cave, relax and stay overnight at the campsite

## Day 8:
- In the morning, get ready to leave Tibb and proceed towards Shingra Koma, crossing Gyalpo
- In the evening, drive back to Leh and stay overnight at a hotel

## Day 9:
- Check out from the guesthouse and depart for Leh airport. End of experience

# Additional Information:
- The trek is considered difficult. Advanced fitness level is required to participate in this activity
- Minimum age to participate in this activity is 18+
- Oxygen cylinders and first aid kit will be there provided during the trek. Rescue and medical team will be available on call in case of any emergencies from Chilling or Naerak DTPT point
- Tent accommodation will be provided on twin/triple/quad sharing basis during the experience
- Pregnant women, guests with heart problems, and other serious medical conditions are advised not to join this activity
- The tour is not wheelchair and stroller-friendly
- Extra costs may be incurred due to extensions or changes in the itinerary brought about by natural calamities, roadblocks, or vehicle breakdowns
- **Important:** The tour does not include insurance. Although not required, it is recommended that you purchase on your own before booking
- The tour may get cancelled due to inclement weather. You will be informed 5 days before the tour date. If this happens, you may reschedule or request for a full refund
- If you wish to extend your stay at Leh, additional night at the hotel is at INR1,500 per person/night on a twin sharing basis without meals. You can make the payment directly to the operator
